If you have a painful abscess tooth or tooth pain i do not recommend this establishment, they do not tell you upfront that they do not prescribe anything stronger then the ibuprofen that you have already been taking and does not subsidize the pain.
Tried calling the WakeMed pediatrics office around 4:35pm on a Tuesday, the automated answering thing picks up and says that the office is currently closed and to call back during business hours, which are Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm... but yet u can t get a single person on the phone. Terrible for business.. if they don t care enough to answer the phone, then I know they don t care enough to treat a sick child properly because clearly they don t want your child to come because you can t call and make an appointment. I give them a zero star rating, because u can t even get into the door with the way they conduct business.. cause they don t conduct at all being they don t answer.
