My Mac went out, Gazelle diagnosed it and found it was the hard drive. After the hard drive was replace, the display stopped working. Gazelle could not determine if they caused the display to stop working or if the mac was not going to display anymore. They charged me for the drive replacement and replaced my Mac. Wow! They do the right things for the right reasons. Thank you!

We are a new company in the Kerrville area. We stopped in to introduce ourselves and see what they re thoughts were on internet providers in the area were. Everyone was very helpful and genuinely interested in their customers concerns for lack of decent service or local offices. They took their time asking questions to see if Air Net was up to par for what they re customers needed. We look forward to working with Gazzelle!

The folks at Gazelle are great! When the server at work crashed, Turk came right over on a weekend. He worked on it on site for a long while. When he determined it could not be fixed on site he took it to his shop. He and Carlos worked all weekend on the crashed machine. They were able to recover all of our data and have us up and running by Monday morning. We had no down time at all. You just don't find service like that anymore. We now use them as our IT department and I use them for my own personal computers. These guys are the best in town!

Carlos has solved every issue I have thrown at him from virus removal and protection, to backups, to speed enhancements to everyday networking, hardware retail, rental and support.
