Nurses were very nice. The office ladies were very nice as well. The PA & Head Doctor were very judgemental and did not listen to anything we were saying.

I do not recommend this place. Not only do they not know what they re doing when being seen, but they also don t know how to code things correctly for insurance purposes. I ve been disputing a bill for several months now. They re highly unethical, after they bill you, they will adjust it claiming this and that only charging you more then make up excuses for it. When you try to talk, they talk over you or give you attitude. They re a true definition of a scam artist. Make sure you ask for an itemized bill and then contact your insurance company to ensure it s correct or dispute if it s not. Stay on top of them. I am still fighting a case and so far it looks like I ll be taking this to the News or the Newspaper just to get it resolved. They re scammers. RUN!
My husband was just recently in ICU at the hospital in Lexington and he said they weren't very nice. Mainly the doctor that came down from baptist he said.
On May 14,2018, I had a Total Knee Replacement and the Staff was awesome. They took the best care of me and they showed concern when my blood pressure was going all over the place, The doctor who did my surgery was wonderful, I was in some pain after my surgery but nothing what I had before. Its important to do everything the Dr and staff tell you, for you to walk again. Physical Therapy was also helpful,
We had a terrible experience with one of the nurses at LMH. She was so rude, unhelpful, and unpleasant, and she even used foul language at times. Her entire disposition was one of negativity and irritability. The doctors, however, were pleasant and I believe good caregivers, and it's too bad that the one nurse managed to leave a more lasting impression on my family.
After speaking with a nursing supervisor, I feel compelled to change my original one-star rating of LMH. This employee was so kind and understanding that her decency far outweighs the negativity of the "bad apple" who was so difficult to deal with during our time of pain.
I am always treated with smiles and respect. I usually see a PA Lissa Domenech and she is great. When I call in to the office, Mary usually answers the phone. She is courteous, sweet and efficient. I have been going to this office for a long time. Dr. Meyer was there when I started going. I don't think I ever had a complaint, but if I did, it was resolved quickly because I don't even remember having one. I give everyone that I have dealt with a "A+" rating.
Amazing nurses and doctors. Took great care of my mom.
We got to the ER and the lady at the front desk that works in the admissions area was one of the sweetest ladies! (Tama). She made us feel so welcome and truly showed that she cared about my daughter. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service and for showing you truly care
Went to emergency room after 11pm with severe acute pain on right side/back. The staff gave me an IV with a cocktail for pain, nausea & inflammation.
I could not be properly diagnosed because a qualified person was unavailable to perform an ultrasound. I was given a CT scan; the imaging had to be emailed to Pennsylvania to be read. Long story short, the results were inconclusive, I was discharged told to get an ultrasound ASAP & billed over $6000.00.
I had an ultrasound elsewhere it was a gallbladder attack due to gallstones.
I'm not a hospital administrator but one would think an ER would have ultrasound capabilities.
I give 5 stars plus to the Rehabilitation Center at LMC. I have been in PT for shoulder, hip, and knees for a year and have improved greatly. The total staff is wonderful including those in reception. Michael get kudos for his skill and patience. We are so fortunate to have a facility such as this! My thanks!
