Beautiful place, the food is excellent and a nice atmosphere

Outstanding service, very delicious food, accesible prices, pretty nice facilities, very calm and easy environment for you to relax, they are taking all the security and safety measures for COVID19. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the parrots they have in cages, they are being taken cared of, but I do not support having them in cages. Highly recommended for you to enjoy with friends and family!

It was a great hotel. Had an amazing view from our room. However do not order room service the food is horrible.

First of everything the staff were the best, very friendly and there for your every need. The unit we were in was nice, beautiful landscaping.

Thai Spa Mistic Sky Package was awesome. I live close by and between spa appt was able to use the pools Amazing day. Gracias Team Soliel!

Lousy breakfast buffet and the restaurant food is just warmed up stuff from the supermarket. Walls separating the rooms are also paper thin. For the price I at least expected to see some cheese or ham at the breakfast buffet. All personnel was great though.

A perfect place for the weekend right in the most beautiful city in the whole world, Antigua Guatemala.

We stayed 3 nights at this Beautiful- colonial style hotel Soleil antigua Guatemala.

The staff members : servers,receptionist,housekeeping,bar area , bellboy,shuttle drivers are Polite,professional and welcoming 10+ in customer service.

The place itself ( Hotel ) beautiful huge hotel, amazing interior hotel decoration is simple ,rustic and traditional. plenty green areas,and parking lot.

Bed comfort: Excellent

Food :was delicious, the buffet had a lot of options to choose from. They vary the menu each day. With fresh and appealing dishes.

Safety: security is great. Security guard at main gate.

Spa : Thai spa * Excellent service * exceptional staff members. Knowledgeable and professional.

Maintenance: Very clean hotel.

Downside: " NO " soundproof windows . The music is Extremely LOUD for the suites located by the pool area.They have daily activities at the pool with complete audio set up ( microphone and sound blast speakers..and everything ) the Music starts as early as 10am and goes until 6pm. Even we ask to be relocated " different room " due to the noise, apparently the hotel was full couldn't get a different suite . And the music continued the following days even though we kindly mentioned the noise situation. ***Management needs to work on this situation . Maybe starting activities after noon time so guests can relax or tone it down the music.**
