Pleasant receptionist. I was kept waiting for a long while though just to meet with someone. The one time I booked a trip with them, I didn't have issues . I needed a date change and the airline sorted me so good service in general ..

Service not reliable. Can't be trusted. Had a bad experience.

Worst travel agency ever, I wouldn t advice anyone to use them.Delta airline refunded my ticket money which I purchased from Wakanow and this is almost 3 weeks and my account hasn t been credited.Ive sent several emails and even visited their office at Opebi and still no refund.I m taking the pain to go to their head office tomorrow which shouldn t be so. Businesses can never thrive in this country with insolent attitudes.Big Shame on Wakanow and their staff!!!

The building is big and well secured. The recruiting process is what I have against them. Youths were kept in canopies outside the building environment and they had over 500 people here, am sure, vying for nothing more than a few positions

Conenience and good value for money. Pay small small is too expensive. Your exchange rate is too high as well. You offered N385 per $ while BDCs gave N363 and banks N360

Looking for that preferred online travel agency in Lagos and beyond? Wakanow is my go to anyday. They have maintained their good services over the years, I havent had the bad experience of flight issues with them and 90% of transactions I do online, only had to go to the office once or twice. Yet, they offer the cheapest flight fare internationally, very courteous and great customer service online and physically.

Staff was lax, lazy and insensitive. Not easy to find

Disappointing. I walked in to their head office in Lekki . Was kept waiting 4 more than 25mins and when someone did come to assist, he was not successful. Said he would call to give feed backs next day and never bothered!!.

Anytime travel or hospitality business, they are there.
