Worked for these guys since 2005 off and on and they have always went the extra mile to help me out. Some of the complaints about not getting paid on time and issues with the checks are totally legit I just haven't had bad experiences. The office isn't really open to the public unless you have an appointment they tend to do most of the communications online. You probably don't want to depend on security job with them for your only source of income but it is excellent as a supplementary source of income and it can have its perks. We went to Bonnaroo and it was awesome

The people below aren't lying. They do not pay on time. I worked both weekend at ACL they talking about they will let you know when they know. It's been over 30 days. I wouldn't waste my time. If you need money go with another event company. They won't even answer the phone anymore because they know they wrong.

I am very impressed with W3 Events. This company is very well organised yet laid back at the same time. They take very good care of their employees and get to know each employee on a fun yet personal level. I am just amazed at how well organized this company is! I will refer this company to individuals that I think will enjoy the free spirit adventure that W3 has to offer

This company does security for a lot of events, mainly concerts. They are at almost every Austin show and I even have seen them at Bonnaroo in TN. I have always had nothing but great experiences with them. It really seems like they higher a bunch of people who are or once were concert goers and they seem to watch out for people wanting to watch the show. If you are nice then they are amazing but if you are annoying or causing other people to miss the show then they are quick to react. They provide a great service.

After applying for a position with this company, and stating when I was available for an interview, as part of their application, I received word that I was to come in during the only time I told them I could not be there. When I attempted to let them know, I discovered the only means of contact is an email address. I notified them via said email that I could not be there at that time. Never heard back...

Until I received a phone call TELLING me I needed to be at the job in less than two hours. Well, that didn't work for me, since, 1) I had told them I lived over two hours away, and 2) it was a security position, requiring forms to be filed with the State of Texas before an Officer can legally work.

But, the icing on the cake was how INCREDIBLY rude the woman who told me to violate Texas Law to get to work before I was on their license. When I told her I was sorry for the confusion, but I am only interested in armed positions, she got incredibly upset, told me that I was ridiculous, and hung up on me.
