Purchased a window A/C unit from Black and Decker that failed after the first 3 months. Processed a warranty claim with this company and mailed the requested materials to them more than 2 months ago. They do not return calls, wont return emails, promise manager call backs and nothing. It is clear this company is FRAUDULENT. A search on BBB reveals dozens of complaints within the last 12 months alone. The takeaway- don't buy anything from Black and Decker, they do not actually service or warranty their products.
Sketchy Amazon dropshipper that doesn't honor warranties
Truly one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They handle warranty issues for Black & Decker. For three weeks I called them every day, and each time they told me their supervisor would call back. Never, ever would call back. Finally, after 3 weeks, I just ate the cost of the B&D item, and ordered a similar one from another company. I will no longer buy anything from B&D because I don't ever want to have to deal with W Appliance. STAY AWAY!!!
I ordered BLACK + DECKER 0.9 cubic foot compact portable washer clothes washing machine, White [ASIN: B07H5RVVM6]. From Amazon so it was defective stopped working after couple if times. I was sent from amazon to them to deal with my washing machine for replacement. I've sent them materials they asked for since January they didn't anything I keep emailing them calling nothing . They told me they don't have my model in stock that took them 2 months to tell me. offered a different model I said that is ok but still they haven't sent anything. I keep writing them they keep apologizing that someone will reach to me. How hard is to send a repp lament that they said they have I don't understand they playing games over there. horrible company frauds !!!!
