After watching the shade cover and spring protectors on my previous trampoline succumb to the harsh North Queensland climate, I made the switch to Vuly. I was drawn to their reputation and stellar customer service, and the experience has been fantastic. The spring attachment design on this model delivers a significantly smoother and more powerful bounce compared to my old unit. Assembly was straightforward enough to do on my own in about three hours, though be aware that the XL Lift 2 is quite heavy and difficult to move once assembled without the wheels—I might need to upgrade the wheels or get some help for future moves. Other than that minor logistical note, it’s an exceptional product. I’d give it ten stars if I could.

I just assembled the Vuly Thunder medium trampoline in Brisbane, and it was a breeze compared to the other brands we’ve owned. It’s hands-down the safest one around, and the kids have been happily entertained for hours since getting it home. Great job, Vuly team!
