Never go with Vforce
Totally unprofessional and full Indian desi style culture
If you fix your salary and contract and start marketing once you get project and you started on project Vforce will start to cry that they are not making their personal profit out of you and your project and they will reduce your salary without inform you and if you said something to them they will say, will end your project

Totally unprofessional culture, I never see this in any other company.

I am saying again never go with Vforce in your entire life.

Pros:
Vforce places people in the right fields and the perfect environment to match the employees skills. They care about their people and constantly stay in touch to see how things are going. They also get to know their employees on a personal level which is truly amazing.

You are put an environment that facilitates growth and gives a very apparent career path you can take. If you care about your job and perform at or above standards you are recognized with salary increases and awards. You have a manager who is in direct contact with you and always there for any questions you may have.

Cons: Don't really have any cons to share. I would work for this company again.

V Square Infotech is a great company to work for. The staff here is very helpful and supportive. They provide help/guidance while on projects. They provide training in a diverse set of technologies based on your interest. Salary offered is very competitive

Like the other 3 reviews that give only 1 star have said, all the other reviews are given by top management. This company lies about everything and wants to take the last penny from you. they suck your last blood.

They are way too dangerous than they appear. DON'T EVER FALL INTO THEIR TRAP. I believe this is a fraud company. Training is a mess. They wasted 30 valuable days of my OPT. They did not even provide offer letter.and the recruiter Krunal is so rude...!! I believe the 5 star reviews are given by staff themselves, because they are all similar if you observe..! DONT DONT DONT EVER JOIN VFORCE OR VSQUARE INFOTECH. I don't understand why they provide training without giving an offer letter..!!!

I have worked with VForce for over 10 years in various capacities. As long as you understand the pros & cons of working as a consultant, this s a nice company to work with. They are fare & will help you out of any situation especially if you are on a work visa.

My experience with Vsquare Infotech Inc/VForce has been great. During my tenure with the company , I got opportunity to work on various projects with client that differ in domains and technology. As an employee, I received good training and support from the company to grow in my career.
People
Through Vforce, I was able to connect to many people who are well versed in their field and it was a great experience to interact and learn from them. The company has a strong workforce to guide and help you in any technical / legal immigration matters if needed. There are some people to specifically mention like Priyadarshan Patil, Jyoti and Pallavi who support the team overall and are always willing to help and work out with the issue that you face in your project.
The company has also a great marketing team which to me is one of the main highlight of the company. Being a consulting firm the marketing team needs to be good in order to find the right opportunities.
Over all my experience with the company was a great experience and would definitely recommend.

I have worked with VForce since 2010. Darshan; has helped and trained me in Data stage, I was really happy with the faculty. The team(Pallavi/jyoti) in Vforce always helped me in marketing, i was not in bench for more than 30 days.
Especially Krishna sir, if employers need any help(visa/training/placements) he will be the first person in the company to come forward and help you until it get resolved.
They also have CPP, if you read this material you can attend any face to face interviews.

Don't know why so many people are complaining about VForce being fake, fraud, etc. I have been working with VForce since September 2017 and they have never come across as unprofessional. In fact, the trainers go out of their way to try and fit things into some of the most unaccommodating minds.

When they still can't understand technical concepts, they spit venom out in the form of a Google review. How is the trainer or a company responsible for the dumbness of people? If you really want a career out of your own aptitude, VForce is the place for you. Otherwise, it will be any other company and you still won't understand a thing and rate them negatively.

Never trust them.they are cheater.They are not giving the salary as per contract.I was in market through vforce.When they knew that one of the bad review was written from my side ,they started to force me to remove that review.but I did not remove that bad review because I wrote whatever they did with me.then they started to frighten me ,if I don't remove that bad review then they would stop my marketing.And training is a big joke here.

I am working with v force from last year it has been 9 months and i never had any problem, there are few people who are putting bad reviews about them and if some one gives a good review then it is said that its a paid review or review by v force management themselves, i don't understand why people complaint when its their own lack of effort and hard work which stop them of being successful. One simply can not just go to a consultancy with all the lazy ness and lack of an effort and think he or she is suppose to get job in week or 2, no my friends if those people(consultancy) are putting efforts to get you a job then in return you should too.
