Lovely hotel. Rooms comfortable and beds extra large. Great selection of tea and coffee in the rooms . Will visit again
We enjoyed a lovely lunch in the hotel. Great service and lovely food. Clif and pam.
Overall a decent place but nothing out of the ordinary. Location is quite good with St. Eunan Cathedral being 15 minutes walk away. There are some good restaurants and market places nearby. Food at the hotel is quite ok as well if you don't want to venture out in the evening. Only problem I found was with the Wifi which was very slow for my work. It might be due to some temporary issue. Speedtest results were showing it to be less than 1 mbps.
A lovely hotel, with friendly staff at reception and all around the hotel. The room and bed was lovely, the food in the restaurant was amazing and the breakfast was good in the morning. Located close to restaurants if you wish to go out including a lidi and McDonald s right next to it. The pool is big but the only disappointment was the steam room and sauna closed due to Covid-19, although it is understandable. Our card wasn t working on our door which was a pain although it didn t bother us that much, would stay again.
Good food. Friendly staff clean place and plenty of retail around it
Great food, central location, gym/pool & really good safety controls
We were passing through Litterkenny and having found nothing better (and cheaper) we stopped here. We have not repented. All very nice and clean, a breakfast with a huge choice of top quality and healthy (as well as fresh) foods, large rooms and very comfortable beds!
Ideal place to venture into the town center.staff really helpful and pleasant.
We had a fantastic time in the beautiful Letterkenny Radisson blu. The hotel was wonderful with a breakfast that cannot be beat!! We were in Ireland for 2 weeks and it was not only the best breakfast but also one of the top 3 hotels we stayed in. Laura who assisted us with our booking, and also made some terrific recommendations during our stay including the Glenviegh Park, Friary, and Grianan which had breathtaking views!
Been there on business. Very flexible and always friendly
Raddison Blu Hotel managers temper tantrum
My wife and I were travelling on business and had been staying at the Radisson Blu in Letterkenny Ireland for just under two weeks when I caught the flu and became very congested. I'm asthmatic and congestion is a problem. My wife ran the shower for me to get up a steam, hoping a hot shower and steam would offer some relief.
The hotel wasn't built with showers, instead a shower head is attached to a metal hose that is attached to the water main. After my wife turned the water on to run; a small rip in the metal shower hose was broke up and unknown to us, water shot out across the floor and into the hall.
We shut the water off and mopped up the spilled water with towels and called the front desk, told them the problem, asked to have the shower fixed and to have new towels brought up to the room. The clerk said he would and that was the last we heard from him.
Three hours later, I phoned the reception again and asked for a repairman and clean towels. The repairman arrived, fixed the shower head and left. Several minutes later a furious hotel manager called. She made three points in rapid succession. She was charging us $200 for the damage done by the faulty hose, there were two persons in a room booked for one and she was charging for the second person with penalties and that her workman had informed her that I was ill with the flu and did I want to see a doctor?
I was taken aback by the verbal assault and the invasion of privacy and general obnoxiousness of it all. I told her, no, I didn't want to see a doctor. She said that it was not in the best interest of the other hotel guests to allow a sick person to "Carry on" in the hotel. I told her we were leaving the hotel that day so it wasn't an issue.
I phoned my wife who was at her consulting site and told her about the manager's abrasive call. She called the manager and tried to explain that the shower hose was broken.
The manager replied that "You and your husband are telling two different stories so we'll get you both in the same room and get the story straight"
They agreed to meet at 5:00 that afternoon. I phoned the manager and told her I wanted the broken hose present as well as the workman who fixed the hose.
That blew her fuse. She went off on me. She snapped that the workman had taken the hose with him and had left the property for the day and, she informed me, I was not to tell her what to do in her hotel. I asked her to calm down. She replied in a manner that made me think she was speaking for the benefit of someone else she said "You are raising your voice at me"
"No one has raised their voice at you" I replied "I have Streep throat, I can barely talk,"
"In that case" she snapped "You are being aggressive towards me and I feel threatened by your mannerism"
I told her she was being aggressive I was simply defending myself. She hissed something and hung up. Several seconds later she called back and told me that check out was past noon and I was to leave the hotel "immediately"
I explained that we had arranged for a late checkout and we were leaving the hotel in four hours away, that I had a temperature, the chills and a breathing problem and I needed to rest before a four hour ride to Dublin. Her reply was that I was to vacate the room or that she would arrange with the local authorities to take me out of the room.
So I left.
Excellent venue lovely food staff lovely would recommend it for any event thanks again to paul and all the staff fir a stress free night
Lovely relaxing hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly, will definitely be back.
It was ok didn't really spend any time at the hotel
Warm room, great rest, lovely dinner in bar and friendly staff. Kids stay free and eat free and that makes a big difference to cost. Will return soon. Stayed here several times before.

This the place to stay in Letterkenny , if you are visiting for work or vacation, great breakfast spread .Restaurant food is great being a picky eater, the chefs were courteous to listen! Overall a great experience and very helpful hotel staff.
Very friendly staff on arrival.
Room was excellent!!
Plenty of choices at breakfast.
Loads of shopping for my wife right outside the hotel.
Definitely be back.
Great place fantastic staff great facilities right in the centre of town
Staff friendly and helpful. Standard king rooms just ok- no aircon. Food just ok. Summary- too expensive for what you get .
We haven't visited here in quite some time so this may be a review through rose-tinted glasses, however the service here was fast and the food was good. We chilled out for an hour or so after our food in the bar and had a nice coffee and drink while planning the rest of our evening. A good place well-maintained.
Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff and food was lovely
Lovely spot with alot to do round it all within feet of hotel very good for shoppers an also for the night life is too class an close to
Great room, temperature in the room was excellent. Breakfast was included and good enough
Had a great time in the Radisson in Letterkenny, we will be back again soon, met very dear friends there, that was a great surprise, the staff were so helpful and very pleasant, our bedroom was as it was supposed to be, for disabled, breakfast lovely and freshly cooked,
Love the booths in reception- nice for a quiet drink and chat
Been to the Hotel on many occasions...... the food never disappoints........and the Staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble
A wonderful Hotel in the heart of the main shopping district of Letterkenny. Always good for bargain breaks. Great restaurant and bar. If you are active there is a fine pool sauna ,steam room and Gym.
The rooms were to warm and the building is situated in a congested area. I found the staff to be of the highest order and wanted for nothing. The food was very good and alcohol wasn't the most expensive I've ever had in the Republic of Ireland! Over all its a great hotel with a great bar and staff, but would I stay again , I'd have to say no.
A Haven of Hospitality in the centre of Letterkenny.
As usual from the Radisson Blu hotel chain, the rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet has everything you need. The staff is extremely friendly.
Very nice hotel and very central. Affordable to with a nice restaurant and bar on site.
Great staff. Very close to the main shopping areas and bars in letterkenny
Loved it. Staff lovely and everyone was so welcoming, will be back again next year. Highly recommend it...
Had a great couple of nights at the Radisson Blu hotel.
Excellent location for the the town centre and shopping.
I like this big corporate hotel, even though it lacks quirky personal touches you know that it will be a good stay with great service.
The hotel has very robust COVID policies and you feel safe and that you re cared for.
I was able to use the pool and the gym facilities but as expected the sauna and steam room were closed.
For dinner I had fresh salmon, as recommended by my waiter and it did not disappoint.
Breakfast in a Radisson is always on Pointe so no more praise required.
Good hotel, good location and friendly staff...thumbs up all round
Great spacious rooms with efficient friendly staff -will definitely be back!
Myself and wife two nights in this hotel and all staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was excellent
Great rooms food & service with a selection of shops across road from it. Highly recommended.
Well laid out hotel in the centre of Letterkenny. The restaurant has a nice look about it, and serves delicious food. The staff were very accommodation too, especially nice when you have a little one who's just woken up. The seating in the reception area is a step up from the usual too
Lovely hotel leisure centre is OK changing facilities very small and can be quite crowded at busy times.
Beautiful hotel will be visiting again soon, children enjoyed their stay
Spent 2 nights at the Radisson Blu Hotel it was the best experience nice and professional staff good location
Nice hotel nice rooms good gym if a bit small and a good pool area.
Simple rooms, but tidy and clean. Abundant dishes, impeccable and rapid staff.
Stayed one night. Great Hotel. From speaking at reception checking in to Sinead & Maverick, it was clear to our party that our stay was clearly going to be enjoyable. Their Smile, Greeting and eager to help was rewarding to hear. Rooms on the 2nd floor where we stayed were spotless, the bed was comfortable. Everyone had a good nights sleep. Great selection at breakfast too. The choice was Excellent and all the food was fresh. In fact, we'll be returning in December again. This time for a 2 night stay. Really looking forward to staying here again. A nice retail park across the road from the hotel, great Sales on in the shops this last week of January with a Cinemaplex adjacent to it also. Just outside to the left of the town centre there is also a fine looking Leisure Centre with water slides and an outdoor floodlit soccer pitch.
Lovely Hotel friendly Staff.
Amazing Food. Highly recommended.
Very professional staff and clean facilities. Gym was great as well
Lovely busy spot. Great food. Staff so nice and helpful. Pool relaxing. Comfortable large bed and, spotless
I have been to quite a few functions at the Radisson Blu, Letterkenny and they always deliver! The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Jonathon and Aidrian, who I have personally dealt with a few times. For any function, be it Weddings, Business conference or just a night away I highly recommend The Radisson Blu Letterkenny.
I use the Radisson regularly to conduct business meetings over breakfast and lunch and have never been let down by the quality on offer and the attention to detail from staff.
My daddy & I had a fantastic time at Radisson Blu Hotel,Letterkenny. The staff are so friendly & pleasant and very, very helpful!! The Hotel Food is AMAZING!!! Daddy says "you serve the Best pint of Guinness EVER!" Will definitely be back here xx A fabulous stay!! Xxx

My wife and I stayed for one night at the Radisson letterkenny. On arrival we were greeted by Sinead who upgraded our booked to a lovely spacious front facing business class. Thankyou it was super.
We had breakfast brought to our room which was a great treat Indeed. We ordered a full breakfast I'd say everything that was on the menu. The fruit salad was very fresh and tasty. I understand the dinning room was very busy at the the time so we were well pleased. Couldn't fault our stay at all perfect.
Thanks again Sinead your service was very much appreciated. Professional to say the least.
This is an excellent hotel. We stayed two nights and really enjoyed the experience. The food both in the restaurant and lounge was lovely and the room was very clean, comfortable and well decorated. Prices are reasonable and the hotel is perfectly located to tour Donegal. The staff were friendly and helpful, definitely visit again.
Great prices, local to town centre and amazing food
Not really equivalent to other branches of Radisson Blu that I have visited but it's okay for a one night stay. Needs some serious refurbishment.
Attended an event in the Radison. It was run professional and to a high standard.
