Companies like this should immediately close, exploit the temp funds intended to make training courses for the unemployed, to select rigorously non-EU personnel, possibly not knowing how to read the contracts.
The courses do not have a logical criterion, very few pieces to be welded often there was no gas for welding, the welders were 5 but the people 12.
