By D.R. Trading I took the plunge and completely disassembled and overhauled my ECM Giotto, descaled, replaced all the rubbers of the brew group, new steam manometer, pressure relief valve, high limit temperature sensor and heating element, you name it. All this for a third of the price of the previous maintenance that I had (elsewhere) done. And it is fun to do too.

Excellent help from a (pregnant) lady. When she was unsure of her answer, she brought in someone from the workshop to serve me even better. They have a lot of products and all knowledge seems to be in house.

Overhaul kit ordered for Faema E61 brew group from La Scala Butterfly. Can use most parts. Black ring for trumpet made sure that trumpet did not fit, emailed advice and received suggestion to do green ring and now fits perfectly. Well helped, good parts and especially the device works like a charm.

Gaggia classic gave up after 15 years.
Had very good advice from Kevin.
Ordered the recommended parts, which arrived the next day.
Replace parts with recommended new ones.
The machine is working again as it once did in the past.
Result delicious coffee!

After being cheated / scammed by the competitor Rubinati, I was perfectly helped by DR. I was allowed to watch how the competitor had been mucking and what caused the leakage. I was outside with a working machine within ten minutes.

Winkel sells parts for specific QM models, but parts (2 of the 3 ordered parts) do not seem to match. So in my case I bought a thermostat that does not fit properly and is therefore broken off in my thermoblock.

Owner pulls his hands off completely. Does not think at all.

"Looking for the best coffee at home"

After a search of a few weeks I was out, I wanted a quickmill 3035. After a few more days of searching I ended up at DR trading in Utrecht. Not around the corner, live in Rotterdam yourself, but still easy to drive. Good business, expertise and excellent service. Although I prefer to have coffee at home that, in a manner of speaking, was only roasted yesterday, I have to say (for what it's worth after 5 weeks of intensive tasting) that the Jolly Caffe Crema is the bean with which I can make the best espressos. Really recommended !!!!

I ordered a group head seal for my machine, but it needed spacers that I did not realize, or was not indicated correctly on the English translation. I emailed to query if the wrong thickness seal was sent, a thinner one. The response was great and the spacers were sent to me the next day. Great service!

Explained my problem at the counter, a heavily leaking quick mill of water also ran back into the container .. the owner looked up and said ... I think replaced the spring ... got another spring from the water stop for 1.95 bought bought at the counter at home and it worked where do you still experience that.

In addition, I thought along with me when it turned out that I could not be at the store before closing time.
