Not yet the old V&D from the past, but very nice that you are back. I definitely give it a chance.

Socks ordered three weeks ago. Still not delivered. V&D customer service is really unreachable. After fifteen minutes on hold, the system automatically hangs up. There is also no mail back.

I got my shoes neatly and on time. I am very happy with it. Glad the V&D is back.

Bestelling geplaatst omdat mij werd beloofd dat het de volgende dag in huis zou zijn. Het is nu 4 dagen later en heb nogsteeds niks gehoord. Neem ik contact met ze op, word ik er op gewezen dat dit niks met hun te maken heeft en dat het ligt aan de persoon waar ze het van bestellen.

Begrijpelijk, maar zet dan niet op je website dat het de volgende dag in huis is, want daarom heb ik het besteld!

Then you order school supplies. You are promised a backpack with your order, but in the end you don't even get it. However, an empty backpack box that contained a dozen or so. The rest of the order was not correct either, so you go to customer service by email. No comments what's so ever. I no longer order here. Think this is very bad.

Some things you should not pick up again, leave V&D alone that it deserves.
