I had such an amazing staff work with me to get down to what was hurting, all of my nurses and lead nurses are so great! Very understanding and you can tell they love what they do and care for there patients. I can honestly say I will definitely feel safe having my daughter born here in a month. ER visit was amazing. The ER doctor and all the staff were so sympathetic and understanding. Their bedside manners are just wonderful. They provide great information and explanation of all studies needed. The phlebotomist was being careful and delicate with her work. The RN was very understanding and always close by if anything was needed. Thank you all so much for taking care of me making my experience beyond comfortable. Definitely the hospital of my choice. Thank you for all you do!
All the people I came in contact with at the Hospital made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I especially liked the way I was treated by my nurse/tech. She was very gentle and friendly during a very stressful test for me. To be honest, I have always been treated with respect and friendly smiles at this hospital.
I went by ambulance an seem right away. All was good except they did not ask me for my phone number which I don t have the number that was listed there. It took me some time to correct this a couple of days after.
My latest visit to Valley Regional was to have a mammogram. The process over the years has improved a lot. It is now faster and women-friendly. The room was revamped with flowers, a pretty dress, and decorations all in different shades of pink. The robe was thick and soft, very comforting. The personnel was very nice and the whole experience was better than I expected.
