Was recommended for the job, after applying and getting a interview was left on a hold for more than 3 weeks. Was constantly trying to get ahold of Eric, the plant manager I believe and after being avoided and delayed an affirmative "No" or "Yes" I finally got a "No" and it wasn't even from Eric himself but from the front desk who had to go into the plant itself and find him, and proceeded to relay the message to me. In the time I waited for the company to hire me or at least get back to me I found 2 more jobs on top of the one I already had. If this is how they conduct and go about their hiring I'd hate to be in actual business with them. Wasn't all bad, front desk, and HR Becka were awesome folk and I know a few awesome employees there as well.

20 years ago I built my house using Mercer double-pane windows, which included a lifetime warranty. I've had some seals leak which causes the windows to fog up, but Mercer honored the warranty by replacing the fogged windows.

Recently several windows fogged up. I found that VPI took over Mercer in 2014. I contacted Brianna at VPI about two very large windows with seal issues; Jim and Brandon just completed the replacement.

Interviewed at this place. The people were very unfriendly with an overall attitude that they are better than you and make it clear they do not want you to work there. This attitude of hostility makes it hard to interview. HR and management need to be reworked if this is how they treat people who desperately are trying to get a job I can only imagine how they treat their workers. I tried to do a follow up call and I am so beneath them that they refused the common courtesy of calling me back to tell me no.

Had a medical issue and brought a doctor's note then got fired the next day, Very unprofessional and rude.
