One of the (if not the) most beautiful parks in Amsterdam, even if you're surrounded by peoples you can enjoy peace and nature as if you were out of the city. Perfect for a rest during the days of summer, lying on the net grass next to the lakes' shores.

Beautiful park for walking, bike riding, dog walking, and jogging.

Love to come here to enjoy the sun with friends on a picnic or simply a book! The nature is beautiful

This park is the Central Park of Amsterdam. I absolutely loved the little ponds and benches hidden away everywhere - it made me feel like a child discovering a secret world. This is the optimal place for sparking up with a friend or simply strolling around and enjoying life. As the park is so big, the only thing I would wish to improve is more signs for where to find the public bathrooms etc. You can easily get lost ;) Other than that, it's a wonderful park and I would to visit it again!

Best park in Amsterdam! When it's sunny, the whole city shows up here and drinks and smokes all day long!

Beautiful Park!! If you want nature in Amsterdam, this is the place to be. There are ponds, tons of wildlife and plenty of things to do. We found a tree playground that was a lot of fun. We walked this entire Park on two days of our vacation. It's a great place to relax.

Great park for both tourists and residents. It's a great place to be there for the whole day or to do daily running, cycling or reading. It has many private places you can sit and be alone in front of great views of the lake. Many different species of trees are present at the park and many natural and pre-made gardens inside the park to walk between. Its a great place for a date, or a family picnic and also great place to take some sunlight on sunny days.

You can bike, skate, walk, run. There's a Rose garden. Fountains. A lot of benches or just grass to chill on and have a goid time. Monuments, statues. Restaurant to grab a coffee or cold drink. On sunny day's the parks full with peooke yet there's still so much space. Who knows you might even fall in love, or atleast with the park

A very beautiful park where you can relax in the sun and just take it easy. This place is very well designed and the architect has managed to bring your bike in the park in a simple way. The park didn't feel claustrophobic or intense even with the bikes all around you.

Very spacious park for walking jogging or talking the dog to exercise. Great restaurant located by the lake. A slice of nature in an urban setting. A bonus place to visit on our trip to Amsterdam!

Crowded in a good way. For exaple yesterday night, when all other parks were empty, Vondelpark was full of people having parties. Kind of weird imho and not only because the 1.5 rules.

Nice, big park near downtown Amsterdam. Loss of great area. Lot of space to walk or cycle. Convenient location. Not sure as clean as it might be, but likely due to the large numbers of visitors.

Amsterdam's most famous park was designed and built in 1850 and today it is a popular place for tourists and residents who can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, jogging and picnicking.
Info centre available as well as some restaurants.

Despite being cold and windy this time of year we had a good time and saw some nice trees and birds including Egyptian geese and a few parrots

For s stroll on a sunday or a run on a weekday, its beautiful in. every season! few spots to have a tea or a coffee. Always people around. And if you like dogs go to the large doggie playfield halfway near the tree parcour for the kids. Have fun!

A wonderful park to relax especially when the weather permits it.

While we enjoyed a nice walk thru the park,came across police gathering up numbers. Figured they were getting ready to eject a number of protesters for a unlawful assembly. Straight outa the Anime Akria..

Wonderful any time of the year and in almost any weather!

One of the best parks in Amsterdam. Especially in summer time it's busy. Many people are going running there, playing soccer, doing boot camp or just have a nice walk and have something to drink in the cafes nearby.

Really cool park just to sit around and relax, small group, big group, yourself. It all works!

There is a nice bakery just outside the park you can buy a whole laof of bread for only 3 euros feed the ducks with that bread and enjoy a lovely experience

What else there's to say?
You can spend your entire day here and still you won't get enough.
Perferct park for cyclists, couples and families.
There's a nice restaurant in the middle of the park.
Vondelpark is a must visit if you're in ams!

Nice and big park in the centre of Amsterdam, where you can just relax, sit or lie down in the grass or at one of the few nice little cafes or restaurants.

Better watch out where your walking because there are a lot of people riding there bikes there.

Would recommend visiting the park in the summer.

This was honestly the most relaxing sleep I had on grass in a while, being with nature and the ducks and lake made it even better since the whole 3 days I've spent there was between smoke. This was a nice change of atmosphere.

Magical place to relax and spend beautiful moments with family. But be ready to walk a lot if you want to see all of it.

Beautiful park, very large with lots of interesting statues.we went on a rainy day and it was still worth the walk since it's a bit away from the city center

Big park in Amsterdam and a great place to walk or bike through the city and avoid busy roads. There is a restaurant, playgrounds, ponds, and lots of green spaces to relax. So many bird to watch too. Just watch out for dog poop in the grass. It seems that many dog owners do not clean up.

Lovely place for a walk in the end of the day. They have a public pool of sorts in the middle of the park (for kids only) and a small lake with birds and ducks. Lots of space for walking or dog or riding a bike

Excellent destination for a day from Amsterdam. If you stay one week in Amsterdam. Or more. Go to Beatles pub, eat fish, go to antiques shops, walk allong the beach. Nice waffles.

An amazing park with many walk paths to take as well as sights to see, such as the rose gardens and the many ponds. There are some cafes and food stands within the park too, would highly reccomend paying it a visit.

A great place to exercise, chill out or just mosey.

The art was good but the space was a crowded, adolescent Instagram factory. It made it super cramped and you couldn't enjoy the art through all the selfies and staged photos. The audio tour means well but the content isn't awesome and it's hard to reach around to the beepythingy with all the people.

Red wine, cheese and nice boat trip are heaven and must do things in Amsterdam. Lovely time under such an amazing weather. I highly recommend to everyone
