I recently engaged a cleaning service from this company, and the experience was not what I had anticipated. 🌫️

While the team was friendly and arrived on time, the cleaning itself left much to be desired. Certain areas of my home, particularly the bathroom and kitchen, did not receive the thorough attention I expected. 🧼 There were spots that were visibly missed, and it seemed like they rushed through the job.

Additionally, communication could be improved. I had a few questions before the service, but responses were delayed, making it hard to clarify what to expect. 📅

Overall, while the staff is kind and punctual, the quality of the cleaning is something that needs significant improvement. I might look for alternatives next time.
