They are more interested in running the clock, so ...

They are more interested in running the clock, so they could get to their break, than picking up the people they meant to shuttle. The bus often run through stops, wouldn't even slowdown and missed the people waiting there. They only use the clock on the vehicle, not on cell phones, end up left 1 to 2 minutes early. When they missed their time to start a scheduled run, like today, instead of having one vehicle run to get the passengers where they should be as soon as possible, they have two vehicles both just waiting there, so they can be on time for the next runs. Terrible services.

Just had my new car scratched there today by their valet service. Also the valet guy was very rude. I got in contact with the manager right away. Unfortunately there wasn't anyone onsite to submit a claim. I really hope they will fix my car. Will update once it is resolved.

I just recently applied for a job their, I told them from the beginning that I was on probation for something stupid that has nothing to do with vehicles, they said no problem they had me do 2 interviews and the hired me then fired me on the same day, very unprofessional. Thumbs down.

HORRIBLE VALET! They damaged my brand new car and refused to take responsibility for it. Corporate sucks just as much as the employees/managers. Do not trust them. This happened mass eye and ear longwood Boston.

Not even worth rating. These attendants at St Elizabeth's Hospital are the most rude, arrogant, and disrespectful employees I have ever encountered. I was having a difficult time with my ticket and the attendant rolled his eyes at me, raised his arms up in disgust and frustration at my difficulty. I drove around to the main door and asked to speak with a manager and was told I just missed him. My sister is a patient, very sick and fragile. When I go visit I drive around till I find a spot on the street. I can't stand the thought of dealing with the crew from VPNE. This company should go undercover to experience who they have representing their Company's name.

This company is one of the worst valet services I ve ever used. We stayed the night at Yotel Boston and valet our car only to receive it back damaged and they are refusing to accept responsibility. The paint is scraped off the front bumper, the entire rim is scraped up, and yellow paint from whatever they hit is all over the tire. Not to mention, their customer service is appalling. I ve been bounced around from person to person and there seems to be very little communication amongst their team. Do not valet your vehicle with this company!!
