Très mauvaise expérience avec Volvo Sherbrooke.

16 jours après la signature de notre contrat de location pour un Volvo XC90 T8 Recharge Ultra Dark Theme, nous avons vécu une défaillance majeure des freins alors que nous roulions avec nos deux jeunes enfants à bord. Aucune réponse de la pédale, une situation extrêmement dangereuse!

Depuis, le service est décevant. Aucun suivi malgré les promesses répétées. Il a fallu insister fortement pour obtenir un véhicule de courtoisie. On nous a d’abord fourni un XC60 à essence (5 places), qui ne correspondait ni à notre utilisation ni à notre contrat et ils refusaient même de couvrir les frais d’essence.

Nous avons dû insister à nouveau pour obtenir un XC90 hybride, tel que prévu à notre contrat initial.

De plus, nous avons dû nous déplacer jusqu’à Sherbrooke (1h30 de route) pour aller chercher le véhicule de remplacement.

Avec le recul, nous avions une offre équivalente dans un autre concessionnaire. Nous avons choisi Volvo Sherbrooke en raison du discours du vendeur, mais nous regrettons aujourd’hui cette décision.

À ce niveau de prix, on s’attend à une expérience haut de gamme et à un service à la hauteur du véhicule. Malheureusement, c’est tout le contraire qui s’est produit.
