The team at Faulkner Volvo offered online quotes better than all other Volvo dealerships out of the gate. Once we got to the dealership to see in person, it was easy to see why they get such good reviews. Joe, James, Jeff, Mark, and the rest of the team were welcoming and easy going. Great experience!

The staff at Faulkner Volvo Service Dept are really nice people. Mark always takes care of me. He schedules my service along with a loaner car. Jeff updates me on the progress of my repairs with a voicemail or text. The mechanics are A1, they changed my timing belt along with the other necessary belts to perfection. The manager Joe is awesome. I m truly a happy customer. Thank you guys for taking the stress out of my very expensive car repairs. Kindest Regards Christine M .

First time Volvo owner. I purchased my Volvo at another dealer location. This was my first time coming into Faulkner Volvo. I made an appointment to get a recall completed on my car. Before the appointment date an indicator light came on. I didn't let them know before coming in that I had another issue with the car. Upon arrival I was greated very nicely. When I explained the additional issue with the car they had no issue with adding that to appointment. Over all it was great 1st experience with Faulkner Volvo services!

Had a great experience as usual here! My Volvo is in competent hands and my service experience couldn't have been easier. I appreciate the courtesy inspection each time I go as it informs what is ok and what will need to be addressed soon, and the loaner vehicle was very much needed and appreciated. Thank you Faulkner Volvo service department!

First time car buyer from a lot. Was a fantastic experience. The salesman walked me through every step and took time to explain things so I understood what was going on and what I was buying. Very satisfied with the whole experience and have already been telling people to go to Faulkner for their next car purchase. My sales Matt Slavin was great, thank you for everything! I love my new truck!

Mark and Jeff were awesome as usual. I am yet to b...

Mark and Jeff were awesome as usual. I am yet to be let down by them and I firmly believe that day might never come. Once my car was towed over to them (car wouldn't start, later identified as a blown fuel pump fuse), I knew it was in good hands. It made to their service center on Friday and by Monday I had received a call that the car was good to go (I was duly informed that they might not be able to get to the car on Saturday, which is understandable due to the holidays). Their promptness and due attention to the matter is greatly appreciated. Jeff took the time to explain what the problem and what was the resolution that was applied to resolve the issue, which as a customer allays any concerns as to any major faults. Once the car was fixed, Mark, as helpful and understanding as ever (I have worked with him on a previous issue and he is the best you could ask of your service advisor/specialist), acceded to my unscheduled request for a drop off and ensure a drop off early Tuesday morning. Overall, I could not have asked for more, and I completed a 500+ mile drive on Christmas eve and the car is running great. Kudos to Jeff, Mark and all the technicians at Faulkner Volvo for ensuring that I spend Christmas with family and I hope they had a great Christmas and wish them a very happy new year!

As to the issue of the blown fuse, it is something that probably could have been avoided at the factory itself (earlier issues with my car include a broken wind shield at delivery and a water leak from the roof into the camera unit, which are, I believe, that could have been avoided during assembly) and it would augur well for Volvo if these issues are plugged as a part of the QC process beforehand, as the cars perform and look great, and unscheduled service visits for such issues are anything but expected when customers choose a Volvo.

Update 3/9/21:

I went there again and this time for my yearly service, and this time Ron (who I was working with the first time) was able to assist me with the maintenance options exceedingly well. He took the time to explain what was required and what was not and the service was done in a jiffy. Big thanks to the awesome Ron and team at Faulkner Volvo service!

Love the folks at Faulkner Volvo. I followed them ...

Love the folks at Faulkner Volvo. I followed them there when Burdumy Volvo merged with them. All the great Burdumy folks are there. I called desperately needing a new battery. Not only did they fit me in and assured me ( thanks Scott) it was in stock but told me about the free towing for life! As always, Jeff and Mark are super helpful. The best customer service ever!!!
