We purchased a 2019 Mercedes GLS 450 from this dealership and can t say enough about the service we received. Our sales representative, Josh, as well as the sales manager, Doug, helped make our purchase go as smooth as possible. The dealership offered us the same vehicle we were purchasing as a loaner vehicle while we waited to complete our deal due our vehicle trade-in and other factors. We are very pleased with our purchase and will revisit this location for our next vehicle. I highly recommend Keenan for their professionalism in making a deal work as well as their service to make us as comfortable as we could be during our transaction.

Straightforward, zero pressure, great customer service!!

This has to be the absolute worse service for a car dealership I ve ever dealt with. Not one specific time, every time. Just consistently bad service. Bad information, items not in stock, improper time expectations. Always have to always call them to check in for status. No proactive follow up. Disappointing especially considering it s a premium brand. I ll go to FT wash or Flemington from now on.

We had a fantastic experience. Our salesperson, Camill (forgive the spelling) was very attentive. He made sure we understood all the gadgets in the car, that it was spick and span and that we were over the moon happy. Our Finance person and our check out person were equally as accommodating and friendly. Why buy a Mercedes anywhere else!

Very good car dealership! Surprisingly pleasant and responsive staff. They helped me get a car very quickly. I work as a transporter driver. I pick up the car from the customer and deliver the cars where I am told. That is why it is important for me to get cars for my clients as quickly as possible.
