Providing an office for many different volunteer based and social services this is a great resource for charities and the like.

Nice place to have a meeting, and extremely well located right by the tube and plenty of buses. The building felt like a maze, but there were helpful signs at corners pointing where to go. Our room was the right size, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We did have to ask for the WiFi information, but it was given to us right away. We weren't meant to eat in the kitchen, which was a little strange, because we'd been told we could eat on site and had brought lunch. I ate in the little park nearby where people were smoking. I have anxiety about elevators and unfortunately did not spot the alternative stairwell in the building until my last trip.

Lovely staff and easy booking system. Room was suitable and good value for money. The only thing that would improve the day would be if tea/coffee/biscuits were provided - even at a cost that would be preferable to having to go out and buy provisions.

I found this to be a great venue for attending training, in close walking distance of St Pancras and King's Cross stations and with a range of meeting rooms and excellent catering. The only down side was one room we were in had limited options about being either hot or cold rather than warm, but I would be pleased to attend training or meetings here again.

Strange place. Once you're in there's no direction.

Rented a meeting room for the afternoon here for a team meeting. Very convenient location for Kings X and friendly relaxed atmosphere. WiFi log-in process a bit clunky but IT support was good. Room was warm with no window but they did provide a fan which helped somewhat. All in all was good value and location so would use again.

I have been working at VAI for many years and I find the staff and the arrangements first class. The proximity to Kings Cross Station has been hugely beneficial to business. I thoroughly recommend the venue.
