I'm SO mad at this company - I purchased their pots and pans at the Home Show a few years ago and they said they were Lifetime Non-Stick and I would NEVER have to use oil in them. I was also told that they have a 25 year warranty. So after 5 years now my pans are miserable to use and even butter sticks to them (practically). If you don't use a ton of oil they are useless. So I returned them to the company (spent $25 doing so) and I just got my shipment back in the mail saying "We have determined your pans are not warrantied". WHAT!?!?!?!?!???? that's a crock. So I got online to see what's going on and I found a section where it tells you how to return your pots and pans and it says if your cookware sticks try using oil on them before you put them away to season them. Well this was NOT supposed to be needed according to their sales rep ... (SCAM ARTIST!!) They sent my pots back with a "sorry, not sorry" note. I'm beyond livid. I paid about $450 for this set and the two I sent back are now trash!!!!

Hands down the best kitchen equipment I have ever used. I never realized how unnecessarily hard I was working until I got a proper piano whip and I'm pretty sure my Vollrath cookware will be passed down to grandchildren some day.

TRUCK DRIVERS: From Wi23 (Kohler Memorial dr) take 23rd st. Enter the driveway north of the police station. Pull up to the gate. You have to get out and use the phone in the box. Press Black button, wait for the signal and then press 0. Tell the operator you are a truck driver for pu/del. For pick up, once you enter the gate, office is on your left side, back in to the dock and go check in. Find your bills on the fence. You need a pick up number. Please note the brake times. Forklift drivers are cool and will load sideways or will load it as tight as possible. Usually loading takes around 15-20 minutes

i bought these platinum pans vollrath cookware at the San Diego County fair 1 year ago, supposedly with a lifetime warranty. The two pans I used the most are now worthless, everything sticks to them. I was going to send them back but after reading the reviews, i will probably spend a good amount to ship back only to be told that they are not warrantied. So I think I will just stop the loss by throwing them out as they because useless.

I highly suggest to stay away from Vollrath Company products if you believe you might need to use your Full 25-Year Warranty at some period. I take great care of my pots/pans, had them for about 20-years and they look great. For the most part, I'm happy with quality, but Customer Service and exchanging them is a whole other issue. I've just gotten frustrated over the years of my eggs straying off to side when I want them to stay where I crack them. I was trying to confirm with company that my cookware is defective. SOME pan bottoms don t fit completely flat on flat range but other pans fit perfectly flat. And the problem with the beautiful flat skillet is that it will either under-cook or over-cook foods. Then she told me that their pans aren t made for flat surface, and that maybe I used it on HIGH heat, and they are meant for medium heat or lower. These are Commercial Grade pans, so Medium heat only, Really? I cook, and when cooking, you cook different items at different heat temps. I read the little guide out loud to her and it did say to avoid over heating , but this is not the same as DON T COOK ABOVE MEDIUM HEAT ! She told me that it was in their guide, and that I had just read it to her (avoid over heating). She also mentioned that even though my concerns by their definition, were not a covered defect, that I could still send in my cookware and it might be warranted. Might? And what about the other one that doesn t conduct heat properly? I give up, Vollrath is only in it to SELL product, not stand behind it.
