Wow, where do I start from?

I'm disgusted at the level of service that Volkswagen provide as part of their package as an absolute.

I will be advising my 500k followers on social media platforms never to part cash with Volkswagen UK 00514809.

A vehicle that was meant to be delivered for the 2nd of September 2018 is now being delivered for the 17th of October 2018.

I contacted Ms Alison Jones (director of Volkswagen UK) Ms Jones couldn't be bothered to look into my complaint, thus she sent it down to the customer relations team - I was contacted by Ms Meera Chand (customer relations manager) I was hoping that this situation was going to be dealt with professionalism, rather Ms Chand wanted to close this matter so promptly that she actually offended me by making me feel how the dealership made me feel- undervalued!

She was so adamant that the sales teams at Alan Day (City) have not made a single mistake- they gave us a document stating the vehicle will be delivered within a certain date and then changed their mind and by miracle they added another 45 days.

Ms Chand further added that the vehicle has been at the dealership since the 28th of September, so Alan Day (city) has made me wait 2 weeks for no reason when they could have told me to come and pick up the vehicle.
what a bloody joke!

I ordered a Volkswagen Tiguan (nothing special) which took 4 months to be delivered when I was advised it would take less than 3 months for delivery.



When you have the management team that have no business ethics no morals how would it resonate through the pecking order? Hmmm

Come on people let's get Volkswagen off our streets, and replace them with reputable German vehicle manufacturers!

I think Volkswagen have a thing for lying and fabricating on everything even their emissions

Tried using these to help me with an issue at Leicester Volkswagen they weren t helpful at all seems like Volkswagen them selves are going down hill another emissions related problem with Volkswagen poor customer service and no customer satisfaction avoid Volkswagen at all cost cars are alright but the service that comes with them it poor staff are surprisingly rude for such a worldwide business

Have a problem with my new Tiguan Infotainment system that the dealer cannot resolve without a software update from VW factory. I note from a 'Tiguan forum' that there have been software problems going back to at least 2016. The problem renders the system useless, no radio, no telephone connectivity, no satnav, in other words it is completely dead as a dodo. Contacted VW UK Customer Services to see if they could shed any light on when there was likely to be a software update available but I'm sorry to say I just got numerous and meaningless platitudes. There is a distinct reluctance to take ownership of this problem and to even do the simplest tasks as speaking to the VW Factory to get some idea about what is happening. It's all really very disappointing. How do I ask for my money back I wonder?

Awfull customer service at the head office. If you have a problem with your car when ran out of warranty then head office representative will not help you to find a solution.

Are you still proud to have fixed it for Jimmy Saville ? German tat company that makes rubbish and likes fixing it for nonces and advertising the fact. VAG who cant laugh at the rubbish this company makes

Purchased an VW Approved used (7k Miles) VW Transporter Kombi. From day one the side windows have leaked. The vehicle has now been in for repair 9 times and is still leaking. VW, The VW approved dealer and the VW approved repair van centre cannot fix the problem.

You offer a second rate warranty and a third world customer service.

Looks good on the outside, but I haven't dealt with them.

Morning - I wish to comment on my new Mk.8 Golf. Love the car - the best model yet., BUT - feel the handbook is not worth the paper it.s printed on !!
I had the car delivered to my home but the driver had to dash off to deliver another car, miles away ! I looked at the handbook for advice on various points but ended up visiting my local dealer (Wolsey VW ,Ipswich) -where Mike of fleet sales assisted me -
Needing more advice on how to work various things required two subsequent visits to Wolseys, who were kind enough to help.
I,m 74 now and have owned loads of VWs including every mark of Golf - except the Mk.5 - and I feel the handbook is totally lacking in information - it is too cluttered with a lack of illustrations and a"brief how to guide" !!
I tell my friends I feel limited without an electronics degree !!
My latest query is a warning which states - "Hazard warnings are currently restricted" - Is this covered in the handbook - NO it isn,t !!!
I log for the old days when the handbooks were understandable - perhaps you should consider a seniors version !!

The service Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles offer as a brand is untouchable compared to the others!

Very unhappy that I am unable to buy a VW Bike rack for my under 2 year old VW California SE. I have been informed by a number of Dealerships that this is because the new model T6 is to be launched shortly. Because the T6 has a different body shape it requires a new shaped Bike Rack. VW are therefore concentrating on producing a Bike Rack to fit the new modelT6. I am expecting delivery of 2 bikes shortly and have no means of transporting them on my van. I think this whole situation is a disgrace. I am extremely shocked and surprised that a company as highly regarded as VW can so callously disregard the needs of their existing customers in favour of the customers of the future. If this is the way they operate I, for one ,will not be upgrading!!!!!!!

This company has lost the plot with vehicles that slam on their brakes for no good reason. Another scandal - it's a shame they learned nothing from the emissions bells up.

Poor, poor response from Audi UK. Great car as long as no problems develop. Then you are out on you own!

I brought a brand new VW POLO back in April last year..iv had nothing but problems with since the minute i drove it off that forecourt..3 months after i brought it the BRAKES went..had to go have new set of brakes was in the garage over 4 weeks...3 months after that the BRAKES went AGAIN!! had to go back in the garage for another 4 weeks to have another new set of brakes and brake callipers..now this week i broke down AGAIN to be told my that the Starter motor has gone on a brand new car!! also that the vehicle is less than year old.. and has a 2 year old battery in the vehicle...
i am absolutely disgusted the way that we have been treated by Lookers VW Morden!! we will be seeking legal advice about this matter and will be taking this matter further!!
