I buy an Audi Q5, and at 56,000 kilometers the clutch breaks; It seems to be the bi-mass engine flywheel that has worn out prematurely. I have trouble repairing 2700 euros. I tell them that I will denounce Consumption and when I ask for worn parts, they tell me that they need them as proof for their defense. Two weeks after this they confirm to me in writing that they have thrown the pieces into scrap metal. Something smells rotten. I have been able to find out that the bimasa steering wheel is a poorly designed part in itself, and it is being installed to almost all Audi, and other premium brands ... this piece makes the car not vibrate, but its life in most Cases are very short and repairs are very expensive. THEY DO NOT INSTALL IT TO THE TAXISTS, THEY DON'T WANT THEM. My question is how do they treat us like this to customers? Do you think we are dumb? Best of all, VAESA doesn't seem to have much interest in this topic ... it doesn't matter what its dealer network does. Telling me to the face that I have worn the car because of my driving is an insult. I am already an age and have had many cars. This is my first premium car ... in the workshop they did not give me a replacement car or paying, they did not have it, and on top of it they mistakenly charged me until the free car wash.
