They wouldn't even let us in. Said it's for employees and friends and family only. Won't sell to the public. Then they should remove it from the Yahoo and Google sites listed as a retail store. They don't want my money, then fine. Billabong,Roxy, RVCA and Element are better brands anyway.Wont ever buy any of that brand ever again anywhere! This place blows!

Called to buy a bulk supply of hats for a skydiving business. The receptionist answered the phone with a slightly negative tone. I went on to describe why I was calling and in the middle of my explanation loud drums started playing into the phone as if she put me on hold. I spoke out loud "did she just put me on F"#*ing hold" then she replied "did you just curse at me". I went on to say hello? Confused if im on hold or not. once i realized she was there I apologized for cursing. She replied with a very nasty attitude "can I help you". I replied "no you cant" and hung up. What's just as offending is in the middle of a sentence being cut off by loud drums (still don't know what that was) and not understanding that I did not directly curse her. Plus we are all adults maybe my industry is more crude but its normal for people to indirectly curse around me through out the day so it doesn't offend me. Anyway I called happy and hung up with a little peace of her bad mood. wont be doing any business with them in the future now.
