1 star is too much. Calling this office is almost a miracle, but after 1025 and 2 weeks I caught someone on the line. The lady said that I should send the documents, I did and another month of silence. This is just the bottom. My patience is running out and the case will be referred to the ombudsman. Get to work and if you don't have enough people, hire more.

Really is frustratingly slow.

Really is frustratingly slow.
Massive ques for everything.
One mistake on the paperwork and you must go away and do it all again.
They really need to introduce some modern technology into the public services departments within Poland.

You would only normally expect this level of service in a third world country.

It has to be ordered and it can also be frustrating of course. People are fine, they do work very well trying to organizing the amount of work. You need to register for a meeting first (call or online) with that everything is ok, even if you need to wait a little outside, there's no other possibilities.
The only issue Is about the administration process and rules: with my European registration, I need only a simple attestation (not even a card!!) and this wilm makes me waiting 2-3 months, even if I need the document immediately... This part is very frustrating, but it seems, we just need to accept it....

Worst customer service in the world. Prepare for your paperwork to be messed up, documents printed wrong, huge queues, occasional system crashes. In summary, when your stuff is supposed to take 2 visits, prepare for 6.

literally this center for foreigners is a shame of not only Poland but whole Europe. A lot of unprofessional and stupid answers i got from them all time but final was just perfect (after 2 years had been wasted) : Officer that is responsible for your case, is not working here any more, so noone has your case, so u have to apply again. <<< BC answer ))

Poland needs to REPEAL this center at all or hire normal workers who know what they are doing, not irresponsible uneducated people.

Even more, my officer didn't speak in English in the FOREIGNERs' CENTER.

Worst service ever !!!!!
