Horrible customer service! Placed an order and 4 days later still has not shipped from warehouse. No transparency upfront and refused to offer faster shipping due to their delay. My company will no longer be doing business with VoiceComm.

They have very competitive prices by far and customer-service is top notch.
The only problem we had is that we are not allowed to sell all brands and have been restricted. And we fully understand their decision in this matter.
