There was a chance to enjoy a free family day out with entertainment by numerous people including brother in law Hazardous, a bounty of free side show rides but the queues went on forever but that's how the day goes, I had spent a small fortune on liquid refreshments as the weather was closer to the grill element in the stove that day,... Soon after another fortune on kai... Why does food always appeal more when outdoors? I ate like the hungry caterpillar and looked like that caterpillar on Sunday. My. Stomach resembled a cocoon and I'm about to transition into a monarch.... Telly Tubby! Surprise!!
I had enjoyed the day and the spirit of the event, to help youth, encourage family time together, how to attain diabetes a self help guide, singing is for the experts and my attempt to sing will be strictly private. No one needs that kind of torture.
I would recommend attending these kinds of events... Largely to say you have been there and done that... The appeal was wide spread amongst my Polynesian and Maori brothers and sisters that day... I felt positively skinny despite tipping the scales at a conservative 115kg. I looked Ethiopian! No offence intended.

A great venue for a range of activities from shows, presentations to meetings. Reasonably comfortable tiered seating.

Attended a training course at this site. Good rooms and suitable for the training course.
Downside is that they did not cater for Gluten Free dietary requirements very well. They had a salad, but no protein which was a disappointment. Some chefs seem to believe that because you are Gluten Free you are also Vegan which is not true. Very different.
Vegan can have bread products but not food from animals
Gluten Free can have animal protein but cannot have bread. Some GF people cannot even touch bread due to the risk of allergic reaction

Had an amazing day at the Fun Fest. Interesting events and food stalls.

Took part in the Trillion Trust free event. Range of rides and activities free. Ideal for ages 3-12years.
You were able to bring your own food and there were chairs to sit inside and out.
There were stalls inside and you could also purchase fast food and junk food which was quite pricey. There was entertainment inside Karaoke, face painting bounce castles, amusement rides and plenty of parking.
Great event for all children especially as its free, would be great to have healthier food options sponsored as well.

Went to a show in the BNZ Theatre - beautiful art in the foyer. Chairs a little hectics on the rear end

Had an awesome day today @ the Fun Fest, 2021 with my wh nau. Travelled from Katikati to attend this Fun-filled event. Amazing place to have it with plenty of parking space. Thank you to you all

Spacious and clean. Getting a little run down now but still a great place

Visited on different occasions for local and travelling shows, the interior changes often to accommodate audience sizes. Despite this, Vodafone events centre is a great venue, the staff are friendly, it is very clean and I believe it is cleaned regularly throughout the day to ensure it stays clean. In terms of seating experience, it is much more luxurious with soft collapsible row seats and a generous amount of foot room.
