I wish I could give this company zero stars, Andrew Gilby is not only one of the most incompetent people I have had the experience to work with but he is also one of the rudest people I have ever had the misfortune of meeting in my entire life. He yells, uses foul language, will belittle you and does not care about you unless you are feeding him money. I wish I had a chance to work with the other executives of VMS data but if theyre anything like Andrew then I don't want to have any part of it. Avoid this company at all costs if you can!!!!! There are other companies that will do the same work they are doing and will not treat you horribly.

Very disappointed with this company. Took my companies money and did an awful job setting up our website. Never got the script for our company right. Phone call upon phone call with no call backs. Afterwards I had other companies look at the setup and they were baffled by the work done. I went with townsquare and they are night and day from this hack business. Good luck to anyone who tries going with this company. Buyer beware.

Phenomenal company that actually cares about it's customers & the legacy it leaves behind.

This is a scam. YOU have control of your business google listing. This is a company like the people that call and say they are from microsoft. They are NOT google, they do NOT have power over your listing. DO NOT LET THEM TRY AND TALK YOU INTO ANY "META DATA" analysis or google listing boosting. There is a reason people on yelp dont like this company and they are not BBB accredited and currently have 8 complaints they had to hurry and "resolve" 6 of the 8 in the last year. Tells me that they are trying to hide their shady business and only took action when someone personally told them that they were filing a complaint (which I just did) they PHONE SPOOF to make it look like they are local when they are not. If im not mistaken, that is still illegal.
They claim that there are "207" Good reviews on their google listing on the BBB complaint i made. After looking at these reviews, it is safe to say that the reviews are either paid for, or of some other non-merit source. EVERY local Google Guide has given a 1 star review. Good to know they are trying to wash out the bad with a bunch of washed out reviews

I was skeptical when i received the original call from them, but something told me to hear him out.. i wasnt convinced that they could do anything for me tat I couldnt do myself (with enough research) I decided to have them call me back for another meeting with them. They pointed out some errors in my google profile within minutes and told me what i needed to change.. Yes .. they told me what to do to fix my problem on my own. I had already noticed a lack of calls and performance in my listing.. They figured out why, and quickly. Then told me how to fix it. i didn't even pay them anything yet. One of the owners got on the phone and spoke to me. I came to the conclusion that i actually did need help in managing and setting up my listing correctly so i bought in. 3 days later they called back. It was John ,one of the owners.. He spent literally 3 hours on the phone with me. I learned so much more about what seemed so confusing to me before (The internet basically). Then he showed me (via a Join Me Session) exactly how he got his own company (VMS Data) to return as the 1st search result (After Google Of Coarse).. Try and guess what the number 2 result was....... YELP! (Who I have previously used with little result) . Wow! Im impressed. Yelp probably knows a thing or two about being on the map. Then he showed me exactly how to do it. He walked my through how to use my browsers own functions to test the stability and performance of both of my web sites. He showed me why I never show up in search results (relatively easy fix) by using a fantastic map of the internet to help me understand. It made so much sense. then he showed me some web sites he has built that are outperforming most other web sites in their respective geographical locations. I was sold. I have allowed them to re- design my web sites and make my presence known and all at price that is in my opinion unbeatable. He taught me in 3 hours .. more than i have learned in 20 years. (as far as internet marketing). I highly recommend VMS Data to every one. EXCEPT OTHER HVAC COMPANIES AROUND DALLAS TX. LOL Dont want the competition. THANKS VMS DATA. I Look forward to seeing the results.
BTW.. If your skeptical.. Get over it. That 30 year old man that runs a multi million dollar company knows more than you. Bet That!

VMS Data has been managing my account for about 6 months now and all i can say is WOW. I received an unsolicited phone call from San Antonio Texas. Like all of those phone calls I was hesitant to answer it. I figured it was a scam. The first person Mike, helped me see they were the real deal and then he sent me over to Casey who sealed the deal with me. Both of them were friendly and professional. Now I wait a week or so to get my official site walk thru and then I will know if it was real for sure. I will update this and let you know.

Just wanted to that Andrew Gilby has to be the best technician you have there. We started having trouble with our business email and could not send or receive our emails. We got ahold of Andrew anded he lead us right thru it and everything is working great now.
