Good environment, Nice place to work, Managers and Team leads are very supportive.

To start with, the most amazing part of this company is it does not let you feel like you are a employee. It feels like a family. Work is good and great seniors here are there to guide you at every single step. I feel fortunate to work with such amazing people..

Management: Starting with the million dollar smile HR, amazing persons. Not sure how manages to make sure each of us are being noticed, acknowledged, appreciated. Best team i have ever worked . Fun loving and full of energy.

Fellow-mates: Here everyone is very helpful and friendly. I have made such beautiful relationships here. Like everything about this company.

Too far from JP Nagar main road and its not convenient to travel,its located interiorly,this consultancy is very small and doesn't have good infrastructure,not so suitable to work.

It is consulting for the hiring of capgemini employees

1. The people here in VLS consulting are really unprofessional, if you ever get a call from them regarding any company opening then you will end up losing your most precious time and your money.(credit people : sreevani & heema)
2. Theyare not at all man of words. If you want to deal with them, make sure everything a hundred time.
3. My personal experience with them: they made me travel 120 kms (gurgaon <-> noida) for the interview stating that they have confirmed my interview schedule with HR. But when i reach there i am told by the VLS people that due to urgent meeting their would be no interview and in reality they didn't coordinate with HR Spoc.

1.Working Environment is good.
2. Managers & team leads are supportive.
3. Colleaugue's are Good.
4. Friendly Environment.

I worked in VLS more than a year , It's such a worst company ever, Full of politics, less salary more target, every two months once you will get salary, Management is worse, if you work for 10yrs also there is no growth, there are some waste Team leads, don't even appreciate you work, Main thing there is no respect for employees ,they will treat us like slave's, If you want to quit the job , they won't pay salary of previous month, no PF , and they won't provide Relieving letter also, I can suggest not to join this company ever..

Nice environment to work and they have good clients.
Good start for freshers

Have worked with VLS Consulting for close to 4 years. This is the place where i have learnt each and every bit of recruitment work. Joined has a fresher and came out with lots of experience. Thank you VLS Consulting.

Worst consulting ever seen.Not even like to get a single ,.they will not provide salary on time. While providing salary they will check for a good date and time like kunduli and Jataka. Management system is not bad very bad.They will treat you like a road side pet.

Most rude HR ever experienced. (Najahath and Priyanka). I told her I'm not well please reschedule my interview. I'm down with 104 degree fever. She acted as if I care a damn, bullshit. I cant reschedule. I understand TAT's some time it is not possible, put it across professionally, we not your slaves or labors. There are hell lot of consultancy available.

Environment is too good,very supportive persons,good team lead.

Very good environment. Working atmosphere is nice compared to other consultancies, Good platform to learn various things. I have been working from very recently , yet everyone is very friendly. Pressure is there everywhere, it is all about how easy they make it for us.
