I just started to come to these services about a couple of months and my experiences have been very welcoming and inspirational.. beautiful place.

I really enjoyed the experience! Pastor Jeff Brawner's messages really touch my life! His teaches on real problems that everyday people face and he use's Bible scriptures to back up everything he teaches.

I love it here and I love the people here too come join us in the experience

Enjoying Praising The Lord at Bonita Valley Community Church

I've been congregating/tithing at this church since 2004. I've seen the growth throughout the years into a positive direction, until recently. You read reviews to get an understanding on what to expect from the church for the spiritual experience and connection with GOD. The church has many programs and group gatherings helping the young to older adults with no age or gender discrimination. The church has been blessed to offer the spiritual help for those who are seeking change and life transformation for a new start. I have participated in joining some of their events and programs, in which they have helped me in many aspects in life.

Unfortunately, the church is no longer the same ministry as it once did on Sunday's services. It has incorporated many secular ideas involving Hollywood themes and implementing it with biblical messages.
To me that's very disturbing and insulting.
People who have no understsnding on the WORD, can cause confusion and misleading. It has brought a lot of attention to the youth and many other crowds, in which I have no problem. Its has to do with the deliverance.
I like to keep Hollywood and GOD's holy word seperated. HE deserves respect and kept traditional.
No Church is perfect. Voicing your perspective on what you vouch for is just my loyalty.

Great people, great music, great Shepard. Love to go here to praise and worship. My son and my mom does too which is really good if they enjoy.

Amazing Biblical, intellect easily understood. And more importantly applied in your life, to save you from yourself. Know that, Pastor Jeff, Mike and Jason know God. And you will too...if you are able to get out of the way of your A.N.T.'s.

A big friendly spirit filled welcoming place to worship. I have truly been blessed at each of my visits. Something wonderful is happening here.

Very welcoming. Many different classes and small groups to service a diverse range of needs. Great pastors, sermons, and people. Coming here has taken my faith to a new level: I feel the closest I ever have to the lord.

This is an amazing church with so many programs for all ages.

This place is amazing, I've watched it grow for many years. Pastor Jeff is truly a man of GOD. The church unfortunately, has gone secular. Change is good but to what cost? Let's focus more on feeding the true word of GOD to the people and less on worldly materials. I get it, we want to bring in people who dont know, but let's leave that to GOD, it is already written. It feels like we have more respect in a court room than in church.

Not bad, I like the style that they have. Solid teaching and solid worship. Nothing bad to say, only that it is a cookie cutter church but good at that.

The place is very positive and i feel good vibes. The atmosphere here is very peaceful and calm which is perfect for mind relaxation and worship.

Very different from what I grew up with. The music, the Sermons, the kindness people show you is incredible. God has blessed this church greatly and I am thankful to have been guided by the Lord to find this wonderful church. It feels like a family gathering to worship the Lord.

I am Catholic and decided to come to this Church since i moved here in San Diego in 2017. I feel very welcome here and made a lot of friends here. I enjoy preaching of Pastor and the Choir. I am proud and encourage everyone to attend this Church. I love all the staff and people here are very friendly.

Pastor *** Jeff Browner Senior pastor *** is the best I just love how he explains Bible verses I love Love everything about Bonita Valley Church , I just wish I was closer to Chula Vista Im in El cajon but I do watch on line I been to bonita Valley Few time and the service is been great. Everything about Bonita Valley is perfect, I highly recommend it .

Love this church...'where something real is going on'

I have four years attending BVCC and I love it here! From children's and youth ministries, vacation bible school, missions, lots of other ministries to special events all is great! Brothers and sisters all working for the Lord... Why I didn't give it 5 stars? Because now I have a suggestion. Being such a huge body, please create a Choral group! i've heard such amazing voices singing around me when the Band is leading that it came to my mind that those voices could be in a Choir for special events, such as Christmas with traditional songs/hymns... All for the praise of God. Just an idea!

This is where I am at today ! Stressed as a mother, provider, and resposible to my 12 year old to find her a good sound Jesus led Church. I drove by here yesterday and took down the address. Went on website and will be definetely taking my daughter here on wednesday and me and my husband will attend wednesday service and praying hard for continued growth in Christ Jesus. Amen. This church is genuine and inclusive. I m thankful to have found it.

Awesome church!! I haven t been coming more often like I should , however the kids services are great. My 8 year old son and 6 year old daughter always comes out of services with stuff in there hands. And I know for sure they teach the word of God because they ll either remember the songs or tell me what they learned about the Bible. Everyone is friendly and you can sense the love of God from their staff. I am a musician and have played piano/keyboard for over 7 years in a church and would love to play for this church. Their music is awesome, you can see the sincerity when the worshipers praise and worship unto the Lord. Pastor Jeff preaches the word of God with passion and breaks down every scripture for the newcomers to understand. Definitely need to start coming back...

I love this church! My family has been apart of the bonita family ever since it was located at 4th and D it's an amazing church with amazing staff and always a wonderful message! Pastor Jeff keeps your attention and for me it always feels like he is speaking right to me!

I think if you go to a church for the first time and the pastor is real (we all have a conscience which tells us what is true), and the ashers are welcoming then one could say that it s a good church. Now, Bonita Valley have a child care program where they take care of the little ones so that mommy/daddy can go to the worship center. I am glad I went to this church. I came from Europe and was just blessed to be here for worship. Second time today. Pastor Jeff, we thank Jesus for your ministry. We thank God! May the Holy Spirit continue working for good worships all over the world! Amen!

Attended services for the first time today. Awesome experience! The pastor is a great teacher, very relatable, down to earth style. His sermon really touched us and we felt like God called us to be there today! We will be going back! Great praise and worship too!
