Had my a broken prong fixed on my engagement ring few years ago and after a new setting it broke just a few years later. I will never go back to that business again. What goes on in there??? I have Never seen a soul in that place!! Spooky

Leo & Liz did the impossible for me - a week before my engagement, I found out that the ring was sized incorrectly (See what happens when you don't shop at Vivid?) They somehow were able to get me in during the worst part of the pandemic and get the ring properly resized with time to spare. Thank you guys so much!
