Vivanta by Taj - Blue Diamond , Pune Review

It was a great experience staying at Vivanta.Rooms were large. Staffs were sweet and courtious. Hotel is located at Koregaon park(heart of pune). Breakfast spread was indeed great. Go for it.

Expensive for services offered. Food is also average

Taj never lets you down. The moment you enter the place, you can see Taj feel everywhere .
Breakfast at Lettitude is awesome..the pool side feel is great...greenery too good.. outdoor as well as indoor facility for guests to enjoy meal...

Had a harrowing experience there. We had booked two rooms number 216 and 219 from 21.12.2018 to 26.12.2018. Money was stolen from the room and even after filing a complaint nothing has been done. No one should ever think of staying here

The service is not as I expected it to be. I have had better choice of dishes and excellent customer service at other places.

The drive-in is typical and pleasant, but when you enter the building, there's practically no lobby to speak of. As soon as you enter, there's a bar to your left, which extends into a seating area significantly obscured by pillars. The reception and concierge desks are just placed in a 'space permitting' manner, before the main restaurant near the end of the 'lobby'. Basically, does not seem like a premiere property at all, but more like a mid-budget business hotel, at least a couple of notches below any Taj brand. The food is good, and the service meets the Taj standards, though

We asked for pastry at 11.30 pm. and we were served with delicious chocolate and red velvet pastries. Great service.

The buffet at the restaurant on the ground floor (Sorry, forgot the name.) is quite good. It's got a great ambience, nice subdued sort of atmosphere, perfect for corporate events. And offers for Defence personnel.

We visited this place for a socially distanced reception. The a service was amazing, the serving staff was always working with our safety in mind. The safety concern for guest was visible in their services and the quality of food was par excellence.
