Not good. 4/5 of the staff and professors only care about their paycheck. Which is ironic because they re teachers. They put in little to no effort and rarely try to have a positive impact on their students lives. Ive honestly had the worst 3 years of my life attending that school. They will not care about you as a student or as a person. The only good thing about this is you form bonds with peers over the unnecessarily stressful times and verbal abuse from professors.
Quality school and staff, but comes at a quality price like many of the finer small, private universities. Buildings and grounds are well maintained and inviting. Located in a great community. Relatively close to an active downtown.
Awesome school. Smaller class size means more help from your instructors. There are a lot of extracurricular activities and good sports programs. The Theater and English departments are outstanding, and it has top notch nursing and business programs. The Academic Resource Center is a stellar place to get terrific tutoring, should help be needed. You will love the close knit campus community.
Great faculty and staff--they take the time to get to know their students. Good mix of liberal arts curriculum to develop critical thinking and decision-making skills as well as professional-focused coursework. They seem to live their values and get results with high career placements. Would recommend to almost anyone.
Viterbo University was not a pleasant experience for me. I personally do not recommend this school.
Viterbo University is more than a school, during my time at Viterbo it was a home. The Franciscan values are integrated into every part of the curriculum. If you are looking for a school that truly cares about who you are as a person and the goals you have in life Viterbo will be a great fit for you.
