Visiting from the UK for work, we came across Vite Fit when walking around the area. It was so easy to book for classes online, the staff were so helpful and make training super fun. We went 4/5 times in the week because we enjoyed the variation and the vibe with the staff and other people training. Even the protein smoothies were great! 100% would recommend and never written a review for a gym before. Good job.

Love this place. Spacious and Younis is an awesome trainer. Music is awesome. You can even eat and swim.

I was never a big fan of HIIT training, until I walked into VITE Fit. They helped me better understand the benefits of full-body workouts. The boxing is great - They teach you the fundamentals of boxing rather than just hitting a bag. The circuit training is by far my favorite class - The routines are a well structured, the trainers are friendly, and you definitely get what you put in. After 60mins, you'll walk away feeling like a new person !

Don t look further than that! This is the place to go for a challenging yet playful workout. Great circuits, exercises are changing daily, very personal (feels like personal training), familiar atmosphere, small groups, state of the art equipment, accessible to all fitness levels. And don t miss to try out the food and smoothies at their in-house health bar. 2 happy digital nomads from Switzerland, thumbs up!

Love this gym- just moved to Montreal from a small town cross fit family and wondered if I would ever find that comfort at a gym again. I did at VITE FIT, alongside the amazing trainer helping me achieve my specific strength and conditioning goals. Highly recommend this gym above many others I ve tried around the city.

Excellent workout...never done HIIT this way. This is by far the best HIIT workout I've done. Very interactive and pushes you to your limits without breaking you. Loved every minute of it. Can't wait to try the boxing class. Amazing facilities with a professional swimming pool and cryosauna. The staff is great and very professional. My only complaint is I wish they had a water fountain in the training area. Thank you Vite Fit.

This place was great, from the minute I walked in I knew I was going to get a great workout. The circuits are great for building the cardiovascular and endurance strength in your body! Great atmosphere and people, very clean kept facility. Also, the chocolate peanut butter post workout drink was fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get into serious shape

I m not someone that writes reviews but I really wanted to do one for Vite Fit. Anyone wanting to loose fat and get in the best shape of their life, I SUGGEST and RECOMMEND this gym... just have to show up and let Younes and his lovely spouse take care of you from the training to the meals. If you re serious about achieving your goal, this is for you.

Best Whole Body Work Out I Ever Had. They Really Motivate You To Keep Going. Very Friendly People We Visited From United States And Felt Like They Knew Us Forever. They Also Make Organic Smoothies Which Are Great After Workout. There Are Keto Approved Homemade Meals Available As Well As Deserts. Each Day Is Different Workouts. There is Also Option For Pool Workout As Well. We Definitely Recommend This Place To Anyone Who Wants A Great Workout With Certified Trainers That Will Have You Feeling Great After!

Younes is such a great teacher! I did a boxing class on Monday, and I still feel it in my arms three days later... Boxing is so much fun! Definitely recommend this spot!
