I bought a cold plunge and requested a return the day after receiving it due to an unacceptable noise level (75dB). What followed was a nightmare: over 20 emails exchanged over 6 weeks, and every single time I received the same generic response: “I will forward this to our warehouse team now and update you as soon as I receive their advice or any developments. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we work to resolve this matter.” No action. No accountability. No resolution. I am getting resolution through disputing the charge through my credit card. This is not how a professional company handles customer service or product issues. Save yourself the frustration—shop elsewhere. Date of experience: April 20, 2025
