Have called many times and They never picked up. I don t get my monthly bills so am lost at what month I am. It s difficult to make to make an automatic payment. It is so frustrating!

I honestly don't understand why any property owner would hire them to manage their affairs. They are unresponsive, unprofessional, and inconsistent with communication around and enforcement of community policies. I feel scammed paying HOA dues every month and seeing little value as a result. I am determine to petition the Board of my community to get them replaced. If you are looking into a property that is managed by Vista, BEWARE!

Not so nice peopple. I don't like to visit their Office.

Read the reviews. They are extremely accurate--"the worst," "horrible," etc. I have no idea why anyone would hire them or would stick with them. The only 5 star review is from an employee. That can't be right. Almost everyone else is 1 star and I am quite sure that they would receive no stars if that was possible.

Too bad we don't have a negative 5 star (-5).. This company is absolutely horrible...

This is the most unprofessional and crooked management company ever! I am so ready to sell my home and get out of paying this company. How in the world do you hold up someone's HOA payments for over a month and offer NO reason other than, please contact Michael S. Neall, Attorney's office? What? I sent my payments to Vista Management NOT Michael S. Neall, Attorney's.

Both companies are janky at this point! You don't even deserve the 1 star and the only reason you got that is because I can't click POST without it!

Ridiculous and Shameful!

Services are very slow and turn-around response is inconsistent at best and/or no response. You have to bug them constantly.

Please read if you live here: vehicles of delivery persons from Uber Eats, Door Dash, Instacart and the like, are being towed when they park in front of the building because there are no parking spots available anywhere. Consider complaining with your management about parking spots for deliveries, and consider also informing your delivery person about this issue, like informing them not to park in front of the building even if there are no parking spots available anywhere. Consider also going downstairs and pick up your food or groceries. Thank you for your help and consideration.

Vista repainted our parking at the Villages of Lottsford lot last year and forget to paint the reserved spot for my townhouse. Been trying for months to get this rectified. No deal!!!

Horrible management company. Our community has crumbled under their management.
