Sky Properties, LLC Review

Good morning. I seen some of the good things people have said, and some of the bad things.

This is what I have to say. Upon talking with crystal yesterday, I have been here for 5 years. And the atmosphere that Sarah and Crystal have created have been phenomenal.

As far as atmosphere, if you meet them with the same atmosphere they give, your time here will be excellent. By meeting them with the same, I mean, don t treat your home like something out of the projects, don t treat the ladies in the office like you would someone at the pawn shop, and I can assure you, they will meet you where you are in the good times and the bad.

I have lived on the Eagles Roost property of Sky Properties for almost 5 years. I love it here. Maintenance is outstanding ( they are here the next day if there is a problem). The entire property is kept clean and maintained. The management ((Crystal) is always helpful. Filters are changed every 3 months. The apartments are very nice and a good size. (Of course my family will tell you my favorite thing is the view from my deck)

I can gladly recommend Sky Properties and have lived in Eagles Roost since 2014 for the convenience to my Frankfort job. Few maintenance issues to make note of and most all noticed by management during the quarterly checks/air filter changes. Appointments are scheduled when entrance into my apt. is necessary and well managed for snow removal and icy conditions too.
They added the electronic payment portal a few years ago, a great plus, as it includes a maintenance request section. Emails and texts make for easy communication with the office and rental manager.

Been with Sky since 2015. They always address any maintenance requests usually within same day of being notified, change filters every 3 months, and always keep our parking area clean. Sky takes pride in their property and it shows. Sarah and Crystal are great to work with regarding any concerns or issues you may have. I have enjoyed many years with them and plan on many more. Thanks Ladies, for everything you do for your tenants.

I have lived at Eagles Roost for over five years and love it here. I have had great neighbors. The property is always well maintained. Maintenance is always done in a timely manner. The ladies in the office are great to talk to . Would definitely recommend if you are looking, to check out Sky Properties.

Hello! I have lived at Sky Properties Eagle Roost Apartments for over 4 years and I love it! I've moved around quite a bit and can tell you with certainty several things: this was absolutely the cleanest apartment I've ever moved into (sparkling clean, fresh paint, nothing broken, etc.); when I need maintenance in the apartment it is quick and easy and public spaces are kept looking nice; online payment is convenient; and it is a quiet area that makes me feel safe. The staff has always been very nice and helpful. I've been very happy here and hope to stay for some time to come!

I have rented from Sky Properties since 2017 and has been a positive experience from the day I signed the lease. Sky maintains and keeps property looking nice, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. I also appreciated how quickly during the last snow/ice storm they had someone out here cleaning the street and deicing the sidewalks. I can honestly say Sarah, Crystal and Christi are responsive and care about the properties and its tenant s. I also love the view.

It has been my good fortune to be a resident for several years. The view of Frankfort is splendid. The community where I reside is amiable and has convenient access to major thoroughfares without traffic or noise. As a person who works graveyard shift, I value peace and quiet. SKY has both. Finally, the staff is professional and down to earth. They resolve any pickles before you know you have them. There are none better!

I am living here in the Eagles Roost property of Sky Properties from almost 4 years. Crystal is always helpful and very friendly . I love the way they work on Maintenance request, never delayed and they try to fix on the same day. They are just a call away. I am still living here. The entire property is kept clean and maintained. They do Quarterly Filter, Pest Control and Preventive Maintenance Check.. The apartments are good and a good size. My family loves the size of Kitchen and Patio. The whole team is great and helpful. Thank you Sky Properties. Great community to live happily.

I have lived there for the past 7 years and I had a great experience. Whenever I had an maintenance issue it was addressed and resolved in an efficient and timely manner. It was also a quiet and peaceful place to live. I would recommend this place to others as well.
