Great staff! Took awesome care of my grandfather! Highly recommend this facility!

Great staff, very friendly and caring towards their residents and patients.

The directora says they re supposed to be in charge. They should act like it for once.

This place is horrible they tell you to write the name of your love one, on everything yet everything disappears so why bother. They've got 1 person to take care of 20 patients and when you seek their help all you ever hear is I"m doing something else right now your going to have to wait. I can't say much for fear of retaliations against my love one . They've already done it to another patient when I tried helping him/her. I can't tell how extreme they take it. I was warned by several patients and I didn't believe it . Something out of the movies. See pictures --- this what my love one and friend eat now

Staff is very caring with the residents, excellent service! Nursing staff is very helpful and attentive with the residents and treat them as their family.

My brother has been at Vista Hills for 9 months and has received the greatest and most attentive care by every single staff member! Everyone has gone above and beyond in providing care for him! He admitted with severe injuries and a horrible stage 4 pressure ulcer and his wound is now healed thanks to the care he has been receiving from the wound care nurse, nursing staff, and cna s. It takes a team to provide great care and Vista Hills has the BEST TEAM I have ever seen!!!!!!

Staff is friendly and hard working. They make you feel at home.

My father in law was in there for a couple of weeks and the service was great. Anything we needed the staff was always on point.

Facility offered great nursing services, good staff, and the therapy department was excellent with my mom.

My father was just admitted there not to long ago. Awesome experience with very caring staff from maintenance to upper management. My father was very well taken care of and i would highly recommended their service's. Awesome and caring staff to anyone that may be in need or having family members in need.

My mother in law is staying at vista hills health care center .and she been very happy with her nursing staff and therapist and I m glad to say thank you for everything they have been doing for her it s been a great experience and I recommend them highly once again I m giving them a 5 star rating . This facility by far offers the best customer service I have seen. My grandmother was admitted for rehabilitation and her recovery is great! I am honestly grateful that we chose this facility

I was in doubt when looking for help with my father. I never thought I would be looking into nursing home care, nor did I have information on the process. I was completely lost and clueless. I can officially say that my doubts and fears of nursing homes have gone away. I initially met with a young lady who helped me understand the process and the care my father was going to receive. Within a matter of 24 hours she had everything completed for him to admit. Someone so young and driven made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my father s transition. Upon arriving to the facility, the staff was very attentive and informative with my fathers care. This was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. A couple of days after my father was admitted I received a follow up call from the young lady who helped me out, this made me feel good, I knew that I made the right decision in bringing him to this facility.
I highly recommend this facility. These workers show how much they care.

The care my grandfather has received is great. My family was skeptical about bringing him to a facility for rehab, but the experience has been great. He has progressed so much and we are extremely happy with the care and the attention he has received. Thank you to all of the staff at Vista Hills

Very greedy director. Would not help resolve an issue with supplies needed for a patient treatment. His unwillingness to replace patients supplies to take home and continue treatment was very unprofessional and he used supplies to try and keep patient in facility when he didn't need to be there. Would do and say anything to make a buck. Very disappointed and would not recommend this facility for your love ones.

The facility is very clean and cozy. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. My grandpa was in great hands during his stay, and discharged home with great results. Thank you to all the staff who assisted him during his stay. I would highly recommend this facility!

My friends grandfather was in the facility and he got the best service!!! He loved the daily activities that they had for all the residents. All of the staff members where always really friendly and with a big smile :),the nurses and cna s are always on there toes when it comes to take care of his residents,They also have the best therapy team.

This was my first time ever placing my grandmother in a nursing facility. I can honestly say they provide excellent care. The entire staff is caring, the facility is clean, and rehab is great. I recommend this facility to everyone and anyone.

Finally access to a computer! Someone send help! The damn nurse always takes my tapioka pudding. I miss the good old days with Hitler and Reagan.

In the almost 25 years ever since i was little not much has changed there this place is make the city morgue feel like home my late uncle was here & he had everything you can think of from A to Z BED SORES NEGLECT ABUSE MULTIPLE STROKES WITHOUT CARE & the list goes on & on DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT SEND your loved one here & not even my mom wouldn't even touch this place with A TEN FOOT YARDSTICK thanks for making my uncle die faster without this care he would be alive much longer thank god my grandmother got him out & this was in 1995

Please do not ever put someone you love in this place. I am begging you. I will update you. We are human beings not animals. We should all be treated as such. I absolutely have no connections with this facility other than what happened to my family member. Rest assured I will stand up for all that are there and those who have survived. If you do not believe in God, you better believe in Karma.

The staff is nice. They attend to residents as best as they can! The DON,ADON are very involved in patient care.

My husband was at Vista Hills Health Care Center for about 2 weeks. This place was amazing, we were so comfortable during our sta. All the nurses, and the staff were very helpful, they always had a smile. Everyone was able to help us anytime we had any questions. Our room was always clean, and the food was great. This was an amazing experience and I would recommend this place to anyone needing the services.

My dad was there for one week. He begged me to to get him out. All his clothes disappeared even though I put his name on it. The people weren't friendly at all. Neglect neglect neglect!!!! Horrible place to take ur parents! Don't do it plz! My dad ended up getting a pneumonia getting sent to the hospital. It was horrible staff!!!

I like the installation. The northern workers are very hardworking people.

One of my friends was in this facility after having a car accident I went to visit him a couple of times and they offered him stupendous therapy, they also had great activities. The building is Odor free and always very clean.Not to mention the staff is super friendly and always there to help when it s needed, thank you so much. I Definitely do recommend this facility for your loved ones.

My brother was transferred last month from the hospital to this facility. We chose this place from a list given to us by the hospital. We did not have a chance to tour the place being that it was a direct admission from the hospital. I live in Dallas and every time I call Vista Hills, the front desk receptionist, the nursing, physical therapy and administrative staff have been extremely helpful and professional at all times. They are not only attentive to the needs of the residents, but also to the families of the residents. I flew into El Paso this weekend to visit my brother and I found the facility to be extremely clean, organized, and a great lobby for the residents and families to visit. I'm glad we selected this place. Thank you Vista Hills for taking good care of my brother !

Great and Caring Staff. The Holiday season has come and the events and activities have brought so much joy to the residents and their families.

its a terrible to work there, they dont get the proper care.they just want your money and they get what they want. i worked there and it was a very horrible experince.

Terrible, the staff isn't responsive and there's no way residents can communicate with loved ones without a personnel cell phone. Space is limited and miserable, smells like urine.

My grandmother is currently at this facility for short term rehab. It has been a great experience so far. Everyone has been very professional and caring. The rooms are clean and are decorated nice. Every time we visit her we are given updates on her progress and our questions are always answered. We are very pleased with this facility and the entire staff.

I like the staff. The residents are well taken care of.

This place is above all, great friendly staff, restaurant like meals, and clean no odor rooms.

I d give a zero stars if it was an option.
Do not leave your loved one here unless you want poor medical care. CNA s are underpaid and are understaffed. The doctor does not see his patients that I am aware of. You have to advocate for your loved one and it seems it is not enough. All I can say is be cautious.

My aunt was placed in this facility for short term rehab. I can honestly say that the staff is extremely generous. They go out of their way to take care of my aunt and all the other residents. Everyone is friendly and most importantly my aunt is very happy and has progressed so much. I am very thankful for the services they are providing for my family.

Great staff on north side. My mother was taken care by wonderful nurses and CNA's. The ADON Chavez is amazing. Kept me update on my mothers care while her stay. My mother stayed a couple of months.

The facility took great care of my father in law. They are professional, great ethics and very compassionate. They go above and beyond to meets residents needs. The Woundcare nurse surpasses more than just the expectations. I would recommend this faculty.

North side staff is good.They work hard. ADON is the best.
