You decide how you should react. I waited for nearly 20 minutes for someone to deign to appear, to explain to me, in a very patronizing tone, and in great detail, how it wasn't possible for them to 'fit' my glasses properly without the original measurements etc. So...slow, rude, arrogant and clearly not capable of the most basic function in their business. Would give them a negative number for rating if it were possible.
Dr. Dowe and his team are very friendly, knowledgeable. You would receive top notch service. I would highly recommend the Visionworks Optometry.
This was a lovely experience. Everyone was super friendly, way more than I'd ever expect from people in customer service. I had Shannon as my doctor and she was great, kept me laughing the whole time. All the other ladies were absolutely kind and SO caring. It was amazing to see!! Keep up the great work, everyone!
Dr. Dowe and his fantastic team at VisionWorks make the experience of getting your eyes checked and prescription updated completely awesome. They are all professional, thorough, warm and welcoming and I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

What a terrific experience my husband and I had at VisionWorks! Everyone was enormously friendly and welcoming. Our eye exams with Dr. Dowe were terrific -- he explained everything clearly and thoroughly, and we were impressed with the latest in technology that he's using. The post-exam discussion about lenses with Kim was also highly informative. Thanks to everyone at VisionWorks -- we certainly will be back for future check-ups and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends.
