It's nice there,and the employees take there work very serious. And they definitely work with you to make the very best product .very laid back type of place.

Ladies room filthy , a/c non existant & leakung in several places on us. Went outside & door locked us out.

A pretty big building with many many rehearsing and recording studios.

Had my first ever live performance here. If you are okay with having outside sound bleed into your studio, then I guess this place is okay. Seriously, walking by every studio you could hear the sound bleeding out. They have doors on each studio, but they may as well not, because the soundproofing is non-existent. And we were playing in the little performance area, and boy howdy did we get scowls from musicians who (I assume) were pissed that we were interrupting their studio time. So, in short, if you can get a time when literally no one else is using ANY of the many studios they have for rent, then I'm sure its fine. But they always, ALWAYS have someone in and making noise loud enough to be heard through the whole building.

No where is safe for late night sessions But it is a good studio tho.

Videographer for many artists here. Great place to record, shoot and create. Thank you KO for letting us shoot scenes in and around the facilities.
