We came here for a top quality scanning service where you have technicians that look over the file and edit accordingly to customer satisfaction. There were cheaper options but we had people looking to buy our art and wanted to ensure a good quality job was done ASAP.

The end file was NOT A4 as requested, it was also tilted about 12 degrees and where the pages were curved your 'technician' decided that letting the scanner make those corners black was a good option. We had to print those scans the day we picked them up and luckily that print company rectified all of your mistakes for free for us.

I know you know all of this but you were very firm on still pointlessly fixing the mistake and very firm on not refunding us. Hopefully your decision to not refund us $26 was worth getting this 1 star review.

Clever and helpful staff who are able to guide you if you re not sure about printing technicalities. These guys do a lot of commercial work but also perfect for a student or someone who just wants prints. Brilliant quality prints.

Super quick turnaround on 120mm E6 develop. Only rook like 6 hours. Professional service and quality.

Dropped a few 120 film rolls for processing and scanning on a last-minute basis. The communication and servicing was great, and the images were delivered on time, but the scans were of unsatisfactory quality. Though the colours were decently handled, I was given web-quality scans that appear choppy and incredibly limited. I was told that the images would be approx 6.4mb per image, but here each image is around 550kb(!). The scan/dev service for 120 film is ludicrously high compared to Do Film Lab's affordable offering and yet Vision Image Lab's scans were lacking.

Your experience may vary - If you're only developing film (using 35mm, etc.) the images may turn out great, but will definitely differ for 120 film.

Additional information: The 6.4mb image size marketing is based on Photoshop s document image size. I m bogged as to why that persists as a default measure but let this review act as a caution.

Excellent film development and printing. I've always been very happy with the results. Really friendly and helpful staff too.

Disappointed with the poor job that I received on a scan. The owner had no willingness to refund my money and had no sympathy. Do not recommend, nor will I ever be back.

The print was better than I could have expected. Great staff.

Thanks for the quick delivery of my photos and putting them on disc. It's a pity you are so far away :) I like my old camera, so I will be sending more 35mm film to you in future. Cheers, Rob.
