Poor service... Nothing different with agencies in the industrial sector. It's almost as if the thought is "it's only people looking for minimum wage jobs so good service isn't important".
After 1 and half hour trip to derby to sign at an arranged time they was ignoring the door when I was pressing the buzzer. I'm sure if someone wasn't taking out shredded documents they wouldn't have known I was there.
Then I have to call up 2 days after signing up to ask them the situation with a job I was told about in my local area. The person on the phone told me that they have filled the vacancy internally (would have been nice to get a call instead of leaving me waiting). After this I asked about IT jobs as I have heard others call up asking about IT vacancies while I was signing up and I was told they don't get IT jobs.
Cant thank Ristara enough for helping me land the job in engineering I have been after for so long. Great service from start to finish, have recommended to mates as they went above and beyond for me
