Great thing. A large fresh assortment and friendly employees!

Friendly staff, clean and fresh well arranged with corona rules. Took a while before we were helped. Additional employee would be helpful.

Nice thing, only the herring for which I went was not spectacular

Van Wijnen advertises in the Combination with 550 gr. kibbeling for 6.95 If you come and get it you have to pay 8.50. You then feel pretty taken. you also don't get the promised sauce. The ad does not state that this would only apply on Tuesdays. So readers watch out in this case.

Good service but very busy. Is also no wonder with such quality fish. Definitely a must for tourists who come to Ridderkerk.

"Every child gets a bit of bickering here" says an employee to a customer. Except for our child. Was our order too small? Is it because we are not ordinary Dutch knight dungeons? In any case, our child is being skipped.

Second example: when you order a herring with onion to take away you get a bag of onion with your one herring.

When you order four herrings you get, even after asking a question about it, only two bags of onion. "We can not give a bag of onion with every herring", was the customer-unfriendly answer.

It is possible. But then you have to buy the pegs 1 for 1 and not all at once. We kindly thanked us for the pegs and the case ended.

In the past, van Wijnen used to have a name in Ridderkerk. Nowadays it is a sneaky club, we know us knight dungeons. For a long time the quality has not been what it used to be. In the past we bought all our fish from van Wijnen weekly. But after we noticed that the quality was disappointing, we hardly get any more.

But after the last incident with the onion we will never go there again.

Would the owner of the business know that his staff are dealing with his customers in this way? There will probably also be nice people, but the few we have got along with have made themselves superior and customer-unfriendly. Get rid of it. Advice for non-Dutch knight dungeons is to avoid this toko as the plague (and that they find at van Wijnen probably also nice).

Fish trade in wines is located in the recently renovated part of the Ridderhof. Good-looking new store with friendly and helpful staff, where the village mentality is still present. The store looks neat and clean and tidy. Location is on a busy part. Price quality ratio is on the high side.

Come here for years and they know us well. When we come in, louis who bakes the fish asks how many specials we want to eat.

If you want fresh fish you have to go to Van Wijnen. Good staff. Smoothly helped.

Fine quality fish. Just a pity that one of your employees is so spastic about keeping a distance. You can't even see what's in the counter. Why not put plexiglass for protection?

A fishmonger with a wide variety of fish. In terms of price somewhat on the high side, but definitely worth a visit. Keep in mind that it is often busy, especially on Friday evenings and Saturdays.
