Our previous backup solution was a pain to work with and to manage, thankfully those pains are in the past. VirtuIT solve all our issues quickly and efficiently. First lets start with the sale of the product, our sales person was Fred Gibbons. Fred is one of the easiest sales reps that I have every dealt with. He able to get us the solution we needed, at a price point within our budget. I never once felt pressure to buy he was always able to get us the answers to any of our questions, we look forward to have Fred and the VirtuIT team in our corner for years to come. From the implementation side of the backup solution we dealt with the engineer Greg Handelsman. Greg was also a pleasure to work with. Greg knows his stuff when it comes to backups. We were able to replace our current backup and start a newer, more efficient, and more secure system in no time. The system is so great we've already been able to recover files that a user accidently deleted in a matter of minutes. Thanks to the VirtuIT backup solution I can now sleep soundly without worrying about our backups if they ran correctly or not.
