We have been using YVP for our additional staffing requirements for over 10 years now. They really care about us (their clients) and their staff (our VAs) in the Philippines. Staff are treated as family not as a number. After visiting a number of BPO's in the Philippines we found YVP to be a great fit for our business because they have the same values as our company. I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring additional office support.

As a small business owner, YVP were able to help find an appropriate skilled VA to help support my back end business processes. I think YVP is good option for small businesses that looking to tip their toe into offshoring. They provide a lot of flexible options for your labour needs. Also compare to other BPOs, I feel that the experience is more personalised.
