Very bad service from these people when we registered everything went quick quick. Now I have been asking for a transfer letter since June last year and I have called and emailed numerous times over and over they keep closing my ticket without it being resolved.. I am still waiting for the transfer letter and they keep ignoring my request. I a. i utterly disgusted

They have strict policies regarding your child's education. Rest assured that your child will get out what he or she puts it. Impaq office personnel whom I dealt with are very capable of their duties and professional.
Hi it's 2019, June still waiting for my son matric certificate... I sent emails and keep phoning. But still nothing. I am very dis appointed by this system. My other kids will not be doing impak.. It's a very slow process... Well I don't have all the time in the world!!!!!!
My daughter marks for the CAT PAT were not captured for what reason i dont know. was told it was handed in by her previous school.. then impaq either lost it or something went wrong. The problem is when one tried to call in to speak to the staff member concerned... we get put on hold for more than 10 minutes or they just leave us hanging on the voice recorded machine... then it cuts off....... this service sucks. staff need education on how to be the front focal point and voice for the company. i suggest someone look into this issue and sort it out.

Electronic facilitators guides are shocking. Having a hard time getting a refund for this, it is as if you are talking to a wall. This is a violation of consumer rights and they are misleading parents. The content is CAPS and it is fine. But the service ito finance and MyReader is shocking. Don't take my word for it, read the My.Reader app reviews before you buy. Impaq you need more humans and less robot-like assistants. You also need to update your software- having a 2-star rating would not be acceptable in my standards and I am hoping yours say the same as we use this to educate our future leaders.
My correspondence with you has been lagging for 2 months now and I believe parents need to know what they are in for when they consider using your services. It really is sad that one has to revert to online reviews.
I'm a student at impaq, and I'm absolutely disgusted in the schools that impaq has allowed to be registered. Not even the public schools have such unorganisation, and there's 40+ students there, whilst we only have about 18 students in our entire school. I've been to 4 different impaq registered schools, they were horrific. For the parents who'd like to know where not to put their kids, it's impaq. Edu-Boffins is my current school. Tomorrow I have practical exam, hospitality. In the pat guidelines, it specifically says that learners must receive the pat 2 weeks prior to the exam, I received it today. This exam will count for 75% of my year mark. Also, exams are being misplaced constantly and we are currently receiving no tutoring from the owner of edu boffins. We have no tutors for the learning subjects. I was told by the principal that I'll just have to pass this year, by myself. She'll only make a plan next year, supposedly. Also, I've received no report cards for the entire year. I've had to teach myself biology, or at least try and hope I don't fail the year. Impaq should be closed down! Pathetic excuse for education. Considering the massive amounts of school fees, this is ridiculous.
I have been enrolled with Impak now for 5 months and I must say it is the WORST company that I have ever had to deal with. Their customer service is terrible.
Very poor language editing and accounting in books. Poor quality learning material. No feedback from Impac after money has been paid. I am very sorry and regret.
Curriculum and learning experience is good. Do not recomend e-learning option, as its not printable. Getting support initially - Click 1 for new customer, and you get helped. Click 2 for existing customer support, and good luck! It has improved.
We received good service on enrolling my daughter for grade R. But from the start we had problems. My ID was linked to another parent whom received emails under my name. I notified impaq and was told I should not worry it will be resolved. For months I am not receiving any personal emails or messages from impaq and can not log in to my account. If I contact impaq I am told that they can not help over the phone that I should correspond only through email. Very convenient. After eventually speaking to a very nice lady. We discovered that someone else is STILL linked under my ID!! This person is receiving all my information and working under my ID. This is unexeptable. And to my knowledge fraud. The lady told me to correspond through email again. Still no response. Due to this I am unable to log into my account or read in my daughter's marks. And someone else is working under my account. Please people do not waste your time in supporting impaq very poor if any service. This is a homeschool system and if the service we need is not available it will not function. No matter how good the curriculum is: without any service or no management there is no future.
Pity I can't give this place zero stars. Paid for my children's books in November and still don't have them. My sons results from last year still not finalised and his supposed to be going to Matric but with no results who knows. Numerous requests sent to resolve with absolutely no feedback. Be warned stay clear of this institute if you value your children's education.
Yes, they are pathetic. I've been on for 20 minutes now and nothing can send emails until you're blue and you do not get an answer, but you have to pay an extra time or you'll be fined.
If i could give it 0 stars i would its completly U-S-S-L-E-S-S! The books are great but you never get the complete set and you will wait mounths for it...finally when i need! to transfer... they dont answer thier phones or....weeks of everyday emails for a certificate they wont give it school starts tomorrow n i still dont have it
Finance department is terrible! Payed 20th Feb 2019 my deposito for Matric student and still no help! Email was send by the bank for proof. Just keep on getting emails to please pay please pay! But finance just don't get back to you! Who is resposibble for my child not doing her first cemester's tests? I think you have terrible service!
Impaq Disappointment Terribly disgusted and disappointed in this business. They do help quick, and registration is easy....till they do have your money. Afterwards you wait for reply from them regarding schoolwork and help, their system regarding tutors are not up to date. The books are full of errors, video lessons which should help with lessons in the handbook is not up to date.....constantly get a 'under construction' message when you try to access the videos. The CD sent with my son's Match's book was blank - absolutely nothing on it. Please, think twice before register with Impaq...we have lost a lot of money (registered 3 kids, and all of their subjects handbook's had errors in....after 2 weeks I had enough)
Service is useless, called the call center for days now and was on hold for about 3 hours. No response and also they don t reply to their emails, schools have started and the frustration that my child doesn t have book. I wish they had another means of communication.
this is the worst "school" I've attended the communication is pathetic; their "educators" do not seem very educated to me; their "easy online systems" is just a whole mess they don't make any effort with the delivery of books and constantly mess up and its been a week since everyone else got their report and I still do not have mine. Their textbooks have numerous errors as well as their exam papers. This "school" just made my academics worse when I thought it would help me improve.
Very Very Bad service. 54 min of call no answer then 32 min of call no answer & no reply on email. They call them proud member of FutureLearn group. Bad service
Frustrating and a waste of time. Poorly put together "educational" system. Textbooks are riddled with mistakes and terrible explanations towards problem solving.Lack of communication when it comes to informing when exams begin or due dates for tasks and assessments. I do not recommend using Impak as there are greater and in some cases, cheaper alternatives when it comes to a third-party educational curriculum.
I find it very frustrating and difficult to log in to impaq to download my child's report and regerster for 2020 I'm thinking of finding another educational centre
this school is good to take your money only they dont do as they promised. costumer service is very bad they only wanna take your money without doing their job. . it was a bad idea to pay in full because now they dont care if my children are not studying . they are happy they got the money from me thats all that matters to them .
The worst decision i ever made enrolling this is the 5 time I'm having a problem with Impaq's communication,Impaq gave me a 4 day notice to do my matric drama practical 300 km away from me how am i supposed to get there with parents working full time,thanks to Impaq's lack of communication i have no chance in doing good in my dramatic arts subject Please safe yourself many sleepless nights.
Bad service they are good to register and take your money but to do they end of the deal you will not get the study material I spend R200 calling to get books to this day nothing . Their phone only works to register how weird . My advise is stay away from such school
My Son has been working with IMPAQ for the last 2 years and all has gone well - however my daughter is now doing her Grade 11 through Impaq and well: My daughter has just written her Grade 11 English Home Language Comprehension Paper. No questions regarding any of the work for the year were asked and everything in the Exam was focused around MEN WITH ABS and their feelings - If there are any other Grade 11 parents - ask your kids about their ENGLISH EXAM today. I would appreciate someone in management from IMPAQ responding to this and re-doing the exam paper! Does anyone in management actually check the exams before it is sent out - I am seriously considering not using Impaq again, unless this issue is resolved.16th October 2020
Un-professional. Waiting for matric results. Receive inarticulate, badly worded updates promising more updates at a time which is not met. I would not recommend Impaq to parents. Stay away.
totally useless!!! I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THE BOOKS FOR 2 MONTHS NOW,and still NOTHING. we pay thousands for this poor service delivery,I'm very disappointed. YOU'RE REALLY JEOPARDIZING OUR CHILDREN'S EDUCATION
Omg. . . Sad sad sad ... No propaganda here but seriously. Kids come to me in grade 12 and know NOTHING in maths...how did they pass grade 11... at impaq ? Well that's because the inferior testing programme is so designed to make the child perform relatively well and pass...but then the bomb shell lands in grade 12. A parent sent his child to me from grade 8 to 10 and he was developed into an A student in maths... grade 11 and half of grade 12 as spent with home schooling at impaq and then all forgetting took place. . . ???
