Little place for big rigs. Slow loading and unloading. Very busy place

I work for a large veterinary specialty hospital in Colorado Springs CO. We were introduced to the Rescue disinfectant product in March 2019 when Sean Wayton came into our hospital promoting it. Sean was knowledgeable and confident about the Rescue product, and after speaking with him we decided to purchase several of the Rescue concentrate disinfectants (cleaning wipes, 1-gallon concentrates w/ spray bottles, 3-way mixing station w/ all accompanying accessories and a hose end sprayer). We were told that the installation of the mixing station would be free, and Sean would be coming in to perform the installation and train our staff accordingly. We received all our supplies on 5/3/19. It is now 6/20/19 and Sean has not come back to do the free installation as promised. Repeated attempts have been made to try to get Sean to come in and do the installation as promised. Once we purchased the product the deal seemed to have changed and now, we were being told by Sean that we could simply watch a video on how to install the mixing station and do it ourselves. He solicited another person (Mitch Tisher) to come in and do the installation for him, but Mitch's schedule was already full. We ended up having one of our reps do the installation just yesterday, and it was a nightmare. The videos don't offer much help at all, and there are no clear directions on how to set up the different concentrations. One of our employees did the best she could to set up the concentration levels. Our cleaning person mopped the floors last night with the concentration that we were left to set up by ourselves, and we were all greeted this morning by sticky/cloudy floors; clearly, we did not do it correctly. We should not be trying to figure this out by ourselves! I would not recommend this product to anyone! The product itself is not bad but trying to figure it all out on your own because the sales reps can't stay true to their word, is beyond frustrating and unbelievably unprofessional! We are thankful to have already had a sterilization product we were using prior to our Rescue purchase, so we can go back to that, but what about the clinics who do not have any other sterilization system set up? Sterilization and infection control are not something to take a gamble on for any hospital. If you go with the Rescue product, that is exactly what you will be doing.

Very bad supervisor. They treat people like a slaves. I suggest not to work here.they never appreciate their workers for their good work even they do not give respect to their workers.
