I had earlier purchased a VIR Red Laser for one of my handguns. After examining it and using it, I was impressed with the workmanship and quality
of the Laser sight. When I went to Viridian's site, I discovered I could get another one for another handgun at a reasonable price and pay for it through my Amazon account. Sweet deal!
$149 for a laser sight just for it to be late 2 or more days. Unimpressed is putting it kindly
going wildlife aera and at dawn there are so many snakes. on KC wildlife website it says there ain't many chance to get bitten by snake but I literally spotteda pure black tiger snake which is the most posionous snake on earth here. Hoping to get better sights at dawn when I visit again. and i looked into the pro and cons of the lazer, decided to get the flashlight instead.
I received the Viridian E Series red laser sight for Christmas for my Taurus Spectrum. I eyeballed where it pointed to the iron sight at about 25 feet. Finally got to the range today to dial it in. My eyeball calibration wasn't too far off at 5 yards. The red dot needed to come down 1 inch and left 1/2 inch. This meant to loosen the adjustment screws a smidge. Nothing happened. I loosened them a lot more and still nothing happened. I figured I was turning them the wrong way and tightened them. Now the dot was 4 feet above and 2 feet right. Ok, I loosened them up. Still 4 and 2 feet! Then I loosened the elevation screw so it was almost falling out. Still 4 and 2 feet. I'm so disappointed with this expensive piece of junk!!
Viridian and Kerri, who works in customer service, are absolutely awesome!!! I ve owned a Viridian X5-l for almost a decade and am grabbing two more - which speaks to the quality, fit, finish, etc. Equally fantastic is Kerri who I ve dealt with on many occasions. Not only is she very knowledgeable, she s very nice, kind, and cool; she therefore makes you feel like this company has their act totally together!!! I highly recommend Viridian and Kerri to anyone looking for top shelf lasers/lights in combination w/ superb customer service.
Ordered over a month ago. No order update. No replies to multiple emails. Can t call be cause they aren t accepting calls. Just took my money and left me in the dark.
called them about a battery and had one in two days, then the laser went out and again it was fixed and returned in record time. customer service was outstanding, one the best i have ever dealt with.
